Annoying noises, parties, etc. Good coexistence with the rest of neighbors is fundamental.
The Hospital Sant Pau subway is located half a block away from the building, therefore it will take you to the center in 15 minutes.
The famous temple of the Sagrada Familia, designed by the architect Antoni Gaudi, is just a 10-minute walk away.
