Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa 2 settimane in luglio 2014. Siamo stati molto bene , eravamo in 8 e avevamo ampi spazi a disposizione. La villa è proprio come descritta nell'annuncio, ristrutturata con molto gusto e perfettamente tenuta e curata. E' in una bella vallata e si gode una bella vista su Agropoli e il mare. E' anche in posizione strategica per visitare molti luoghi di interesse. Il sig, Raffaele è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliamo sicuramente l'affitto di questo splendido casale.

Una reggia nel Cilento

"Splendido casale di campagna, ristrutturato in modo raffinatissimo ed elegante mantenendo le caratteristiche originarie (travi a vista e muri in pietra) ma arricchito di ogni confort (condizionatore e tv in ogni stanza). Enorme salone a piano terra con spazio pranzo e confortevole salotto con camino, cucina professionale, 4 ampie stanze da letto ai piani superiori, ognuna con bagno personale. Arredamento di grande gusto con mobili di design, e giardino esterno su due lati ben fruibile. Aggiungete un prezzo più che accessibile e una accoglienza speciale del proprietario, di rara cortesia e disponibilità, e capirete come il nostro gruppo, composto da ben 6 adulti e 5 bimbi, sia stato del tutto soddisfatto. Grazie ! "

Maison parfaitement confo...

Maison parfaitement conforme à la description. La ville d'Agropoli est très facilement accessible en voiture, les plages sont aussi très près. Beaucoup de sites intéressants à proximité. Maison très confortable, la climatisation n'est pas forcément nécessaire, puisqu'un agréable courant d'air balaie la terrasse en permanence. Le propriétaire est très chaleureux, l'accueil est excellent.

"Vi abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana ad agosto 2012, due famiglie con cinque figli per un totale di nove persone. Ampio spazio a disposizione per tutti, dotazioni eccezionali, posizione comoda per raggiungere molte mete interessanti. Residenza veramente bellissima, superiore alle aspettative; il nostro ospite persona squisita. Una splendida vacanza!"

"Abbiamo soggiornato al casale 2 settimane nel mese di luglio 2011. Eravamo 2 famiglie con bambini e ci siamo trovati subito benissimo.Il casale e'' meraviglioso, ancor piu'' bello che nelle foto, pulito, tutto l''arredamento curato nei particolari,la cucina super attrezzata. Spazioso,bellissima vista e molto silenzioso.In 10 minuti di macchina sei in spiaggia. Gentilissimo il Sig. Raffaele,sempre disponibile."

After the renovation in 2009, fascinated by living in this extraordinary place, the Acquasanta valley, with the scents and silences of nature and the sea breeze that opens the breath, we offer these sensibilities, for a relaxing holiday, to particular people.

What makes this property unique

The farmhouse is a typical country house of the 800. The large living room all built with local stone with arches that virtually divide the spaces, the half-moon window from which you can admire the promontory of Agropoli with its sea and in the distance the Amalfi coast, the cool of sunny afternoons that the shadow of the farmhouse gives to the large square, the atmosphere of the rosy sunsets, and the soft lights that light up after twilight deliver the end of the day to the moments of the evening.
