This is a fantastic family vacation rental! Spacious, three bedroom, two and a half bath, two story townhome. Homey and comfortable with a washer/dryer and private patio with barbecue. Abundant seating in the living room to watch the large flat screen tv. The kitchen has newer appliances, and all the cookware you could need to create a home cooked meal. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and a large walk in closet in addition to the balcony with chairs to enjoy the breeze. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twins. The upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo. All the comforts of home!
This townhome is located on the east side of the complex which includes a pool, hot tub, community barbecue area and tennis courts. A quick walk across the street will bring you to the west side of the community with three more pools: one heated and two oceanfront, plus direct beach access. Be sure to grab the kids and head to the beach for sunset!
Vacation in Solana Beach where you can experience the beauty of the beach, the excitement of Del Mar Racetrack, the fun of Legoland, San Diego Zoo, and Sea World. Please Note: The Del Mar Beach Club is a non-smoking complex.
In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum. This unit is not air conditioned.
Pet Policies:
•  Contact our office for approval before booking.
•  Dogs are welcome at the property. Sorry, no cats due to allergies.
•  Please do not leave your dogs alone or unattended during your stay.
•  We ask that you do not allow your dogs on any furniture or beds.
•  A $500 refundable pet deposit and a pet cleaning fee are required to ensure the accommodation is maintained in pristine condition.
•  All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in the trash.
•  We ask that you observe HOA rules that are included in your welcome packet regarding pets. These rules also apply to Service Animals.

Great vacation spot!

Owner Should Care More

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our goal in being in Solana Beach was to be away from the snow and ice of the northeast. We are not fussy or demanding but felt that the unit we rented not suitable in terms of furnishings and amenities (cookware, glassware, an iron, etc. It be satisfactory for the owner but more care should be made if the unit is to be rented.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff was helpful. Check-in and check-out was done well.Would strongly recommend locks on bathrooms and master bedroom. That was annoying, as we have kids that can walk in on us. Missing remote for one of the TV's, and the cable remotes don't work well for the tv functions. Receiver remote was dead, with nasty battery acid protruding from the remote. Small things, besides the locks. Overall we had a great experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this condo since we have another family member who owns a condo in the same complex. We spent lots of time at the beautiful pools with our grandchildren and enjoyed the beach. We played pickleball and appreciated the location close to many restaurants. It worked out very well!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time we stayed in this rental. The condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend getting a new shower head for the 2nd shower. The water trickled out of that one so we only used the master shower. There are also no locks on the bathroom doors. It also gets VERY warm in this condo during the day when the sun is out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
