Pismo Beach Condo for rent. Condo complex is an ocean front and gated community in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach a block from the pier.

This 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo is spacious and situated across from the pool. There is view of ocean and pier from the 2nd floor deck. Living room has fireplace, Cable, TV, VCR, and high speed internet, washer/dryer, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Keurig. Window coverings all replaced in late 2022. Primary bedroom has King with a queen and twin bunk beds in the second. The condo sleeps 6. Minimum of 7 nights required to book.

Carport parking for one vehicle.

The complex was quiet and well taken care of. The condo has been nicely updated, is well stocked and the kitchen was well equipped. All of the beds were very comfortable, including the bunkbeds. Only downside for us was that the master bedroom doesn't have a TV, but we were able to use our laptop for streaming.

Friday night, July 8th, very loud family with kids running around the complex until after midnight.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at the condos at Pismo Shores because it is close to the beach, downtown and the pier. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen and decorated nicely. The only negative was the bunkbed mattresses were uncomfortable. My 7 year old complained so I folded up a spare quilted blanket and put it under the fitted sheet. They need matterss topper like the other beds.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was fine. The only things we would like to mention is the unit itself. All was clean except the floors including the carpet which should be professionally cleaned. Strange but the remodeled guest bath upstairs has no door to close for privacy from the bedroom when using the toilet.Also the kitchen table and chairs are extremely uncomfortable and the furniture in the living room is also uncomfortable and creaky sounding when sitting in the recliners. We chose this unit because we enjoyed it in the past and it is still quite well supplied in the kitchen and beautifully decorated but not comfortable any longer.

Perfect for our family of four. It was a little weird with COVID this year but all things considered the condo was fine. The one main thing this unit needs is a Keurig for the kitchen and maybe a tv for the master. Good location. Bill the grounds keeper and manager of the complex is a good guy.

Reviewer Comments: The only issue I had was, through some miscommunication within my family we mistakenly took the condo keys home with us and they wouldn't except overnight delivery they made us drive 300 miles back to give them the keys that same day. I feel they should have excepted over night delivery. otherwise a great place to vacation, right on the beach.

You can see a sliver of the beach and ocean from both the downstairs and upstairs, and hear it if you open the windows. Getting to the beach is just a matter of walking across the parking area, and having the pool/jacuzzi so close is also great. The mattresses were comfortable, the home was clean, and all the amenities we needed were there (laundry, cooking necessities, etc.) VERY close to all the restaurants, pier, etc. The management company was very easy to work with as well, and very responsive. Highly recommend!

The condo has a great kitchen with all the appliances and kitchen gadgets that anybody would need, plenty of linens, and next to the pool. Very clean and we would request this condo in the future.
