This was the perfect place to stay. The property had so many thoughtful details. Everything worked well and the view from the deck was great. It was such a quick walk to the beach and shops. I will definitely book this property in the future.

Home as described! We enjoyed all the amenities for our 4 day stay! Easy walk to the beach and downtown shops. Perfect for a quiet getaway with multigenerational family trip. Bed and pillows comfy, and living space worked for the 7 of us. We will be back.

This is a gem of a place in Avila. Went to celebrate a couple Birthday's in the family. It's a quick walk to town/ beach, and the view from the patio of the bay is deeply peaceful. All amenities were as described, and we enjoyed every moment in the house. 4 teenage sons and a couple of friends, it was perfect! We will be back.

Nice little house

The house is a nice location a short walk to the promenade. Only 2 things they should consider upgrading is the shower head, water distribution is terrible and the pillows are very uncomfortable. Maybe have a couple of Luggage racks? Everything else was exactly as described and we had a pleasant stay.

It is the perfect casita!

We had a wonderful time in Avila and the time spent at the casita made our short time away even better. The pictures are accurate and show how unique this property is. Much care has been taken in making it a very comfortable and enjoyable home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped...dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, Everthing is neat and clean and perfect. (Make sure you read the information regarding the casida carefully, the laundry, beach chairs, etc., are in the basement. The entry door is on the street side of the house...not under the deck.)
