The main house has 3 bedrooms, Queen beds in two of the rooms and twin beds in the third. All bedrooms also have TV/cable. Two bathrooms. Living room has comfy seating, cable TV, electric fireplace and Wi-Fi. Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, small and large appliances. Dining room with seating for 4 plus a breakfast bar with 4 counter stools. Guest house has a queen size bed and a full bath. Washer/dryer. Nice covered patio, has barbecue. Good outdoor area for gatherings in the back. Small yard out-front.

Pre Christmas celebration

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Perfect location!

Mysel, my wife, and my in-laws all had a wonderful stay in this perfectly located house. 6 of us stayed there and it was perfect for our needs. Would recommend it to any of our friends!

Relaxing at Pismo

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time. Location was great. Nice wide driveway to accommodate multiple cars since parking is a premium.
