All comfort, neat decoration, completely renovated, large terrace of 40 m2, private swimming pool and bowling alley, table tennis, bicycles, outside the tourist centers in a small hamlet Sarrazin Fain near the village of Lagorce. The house offers great comfort both by its equipment (fully equipped kitchen) and its air-conditioned rooms with bathroom/shower and private toilet for 4 of them. The private swimming pool is of course a most eagerly awaited and beneficial attraction. A panoramic view offers a soothing landscape of the Ardèche mountains and its vineyards. Located in a small and very privileged hamlet, Sarrazin is in the centre of the must-sees of the Ardèche such as the Pont d'Arc, the Chauvet Cave, the Aven d'Orgnac, the Ardèche mountains and the superbly restored villages of another time. The Ardèche river will offer you very sporty walks and water sports. <br><br>5 bedrooms, 10 beds, 4 bathrooms

Superbe maison typique ma...

Superbe maison typique magnifiquement rénovée. On s'y sent très bien. C'est le calme au milieu du tumulte ardéchois du mois d'août à deux pas de Vallon Pont d'Arc.

"Maison typique familiale très attrayante aménagée avec goût, tout y est, équipement fonctionnel à l''intérieur et à l''extérieur, beaucoup d''espace, on s''y sent bien, environnement calme, jardin ombragé où il fait bon s''y reposer, vue imprenable sur les vignes et les côteaux, le must la piscine, pour les enfants c''est l''idéal, en bref, on a envie d''y revenir !"
