Wonderful home at a beautiful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautiful and the area where it’s located is perfect. The views from the back yard are stunning. The house is exactly as pictured if not better. The art and details in the home make it a truly special place!

Overall a wonderful stay

The location and views are amazing! Overall it's a beautiful house. Could use some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. No toiletries were available which was a disappointment. The patio should've been swept before our arrival as there was a lot of brush around the hot tub.

Lovely Stay. Good responsive Property Management Company. Keep the Shades Down!

Lovely property and a lovely stay. We stayed in Arroyo Seco/Taos in July, peak heat season, so you have to know what you're signing up for: THERE IS NO AC ON THE PROPERTY! Most NM rentals in mountains won't have them, and its not a huge problem but we had a couple of days in the 90s which were uncomfortable but that's what you're signing up for in July. Hot tub did NOT work. A part was broken. The hot tub is old. Not sure it will work again, but after our stay it sounds like the parts were replaced and potentially working. I would check with property manager if hot tub was working. We were comped for the broken hot tub with no fuss which was very nice. Pool and tennis courts in the community are A+. Lovely perks. Overall had a very good time!

Lovely Stay at Casa Montana!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a nice, cute house! This is the 2nd property we have rented through Premiere Properties and we have been satisfied with both. We had this house in June, 2018. This house had a nice patio (a must!), functional kitchen and laundry, two baths, and three bedrooms. Can fit 8 people comfortably. Loved sitting out on the patio at night with an unobstructed view of the mountain, listening to the coyotes and the owls. There were tvs with Dish Network in each room, but we were outside so we never turned them on! Location is ideal because it is right between the town of Taos and Taos Ski Mountain. Cooler all around than the town. Just beautiful. THANK YOU.Also - my niece left a ring in the house - the caretaker found it and mailed it to us. Nice service!

Great Views & Location, Dirty House

The house was in the perfect location with amazing views but wasn't clean at all. Upon arriving I dropped a piece of ice and when I wiped it up noticed how dirty the floor was. Then my kids started pointing out all the spider webs, then all the spiders (living & dead) throughout the entire house. We werent able to use the trundle as we found mouse feces on it when we slid it out. We also saw some under the queen bed. The shower hadn't been cleaned either and there was half used soap bars on the shower floor. We had already been told the hot tub wasn't working (which was no biggie for us) but property management told me they tried to find another house with a working hot tub to move us to but there weren't any other available properties so I knew we had to deal with the mouse droppings, spiders and dust, otherwise I would have requested a different house. We had to take what we could get with it being Spring Break. If the house had been cleaner, it would have received 5 stars. We did appreciate how well-stocked the kitchen was and the plethora of bathroom towels.

The house was in fair condition. Cobwebs in many areas of the home. In the bathroom, the shower curtain is stained at the bottom with a reddish color, from multiple washes, may want to change it out. The charcoal grill was full of ash that had accumulated from many uses. We had to clean it before before using it. The dishwasher has a strong odor coming from it, we weren't sure if we shoud use it? And the kitchen and stove top was not very clean. However, it was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The house doesn't have any air-conditioning, and I don't recall seeing that on the advertisement, but I may have not noticed it at the time of booking. Overall, the house is a beautiful house and the views are spectacular. I would love to come back to stay again, but a little more TLC needs to ge given to this lovely home to make it more inviting. If I were to come back to Arroyo Seco again, I would book this home. FYI, make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, none was provided.

Great property, great location, always weird to be directed to a third party site to pay and check-in outside of the VRBO platform.

We appreciate the kind words about the property and our location. It isn't uncommon for a property management company to handle properties featured on VRBO. Because VRBO doesn't directly collect the money and distribute it to the hosts you will come across this business model in the future working on the VRBO website. With every reservation we immediately reach out to our guests to explain the procedure and we are here 7 days a week to answer questions or concerns. We hope to see you in the future. Review for Casa Montana

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Charlotte, our caretaker, was very accommodating and helpful. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The blinds on our east-facing bedroom were very dark so when they were pulled down, we could really sleep in without being bothered by early morning light. The property description was accurate and it was even more spacious than I imagined. The location is out in the country, so it's very quiet at night, quiet enough to occasionally hear the coyotes yipping. But it was 5 minutes from Arroyo Seco and 20 minutes fron Taos, so easy to get around. My only complaint was the wi-fi was a little wonky and occasionally had to be re-started, but I understand that is out of the property manager's control. I loved walking even just on our street and watching the birds and the prairie dogs. It was a great locations and I would recommend it.
