Excellente location

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison d'Antonio pendant 15 jours avec nos jeunes adultes. La maison est très spacieuse, le jardin est aussi agréable et ombragé. La douche extérieur , ainsi que la cuisine sont appréciable. Merci beaucoup à Antonio pour sa gentillesse et ses services apportés. Nous recommandons vivement la maison, celle ci se trouve proche de toutes commoditées et des plages.

Wunderschönes italienisches Häusschen mit einem Riesengarten

Wir waren Ende August 2023 in diesem Häuschen als Familie mit 2 Kindern. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr groß. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Es gibt eine Sommerküche draußen, die wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die Dachterasse, von der wir die Sternschnuppen beobachten konnten. Das Häuschen liegt etwas außerhalb von Orosei, sodass wir immer auf unser Auto angewiesen waren. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir sowieso immmer mit Auto unterwegs waren und die schönen Strände Sardiniens erkundet haben. Das Häuschen ist umgeben von Oliven- und Weintraubenplantagen. D.h. man hat keine direkten Nachbarn. Das fanden wir (wir kommen aus einer Großstadt) wunderschön. Leider ist sehr oft ein lautes Hundebellen zu hören....aber man gewöhnt sich daran:). Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und können es weiterempfehlen. Der Besitzer des Hauses war sehr nett zu uns. Da wir leider kein Italienisch sprechen und der Besitzer nur Italienisch spricht, haben wir uns über eine SprachApp verständigt. Vorteile: - großes Haus mit großer Terrasse und einem schönen großen Garten - Grill - große Dachterasse - Sommerküche - keine Nachbarn - sehr netter Besitzer Nachteile: - Strand fußläufig nicht erreichbar - Hundebellen - zur Stadt Orosei fußläufig ca 20-30 Minuten

Very large villa furnished with taste.

We were pleasantly surprised by the interior and the size of the house. The welcome was very warm and the communication with Antonio uncomplicated and fast. One of the highlights is the large garden and outdoor area. We enjoyed the stay very much. We have lacked nothing. Thank you Antonio, we can highly recommend your place.

Traumhafte Villa mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) haben 2 Wochen im Oktober in Antonios Haus verbracht und es war einfach fantastisch. Das Haus ist gross, mit bequemen Sofas ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die meiste Zeit haben wir aber draussen verbracht - nicht zuletzt weil sich dort eine der beiden Küchen befindet. Der Garten ist wunderschön gepflegt - diverse Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten inkl. Hollywood-Schaukeln laden zum Verweilen ein. Antonio ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und hat uns immer wieder mit frischen Früchten (teils aus dem eigenen Garten), Kuchen, Wein und Bier versorgt. Als es mal ein Problem mit der Sicherung gab, war er in kürzester Zeit vor Ort und hat einen Elektriker aufgeboten. Das Haus liegt ein paar Auto-Minuten ausserhalb von Orosei - man ist für sich und kann die Ruhe geniessen. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Best Vacation Rental Property. Ever.

It can be cliché to say the pictures don't do the property justice. But it's very true in this case. The rental is beautiful and exquisite. Very spacious. Fantastic outdoor spaces. The plants are magnificent.
