NEW upgrades throughout this 2 story townhouse! Wi-Fi included!
Enjoy a brand new 65 inch smart TV with surround sound and over 200 channels in the large, open living room. You won't miss a sporting event while on vacation! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and ceiling fan. The master suite has garden tub, separate shower, double vanity, king bed, and NEW 40 inch flat screen TV with HD cable box.
Downstairs, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with TV, large closet space, and private bath with tub and shower, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 pillow-top full size beds, private bath with tub and shower. Both downstairs bedrooms have doors leading to the newly renovated fenced-in patio. Relax in the new rocking chairs and round table for an afternoon cocktail in complete privacy and under a cool sun shade sail. There is a charcoal grill and outdoor shower to rinse off after returning from the beach.
There is a one-car garage to park your car and store all your beach essentials. Additional chairs, coolers, and beach games are there for your use and convenience. Three additional vehicles can be parked in the driveway.
Sit on the front upstairs balcony and listen to the waves crash while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning.
This townhome has everything you need for a perfect beach weekend. Refrigerator has new ice maker and filtered water on the door and walk-in laundry room has a washer and dryer. There are upstairs and downstairs A/C units that are only a few years old and can be adjusted to your comfort on each level.

Plenty of useful space!

We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom and plenty of closet space. There were multiple spaces to gather and enjoy conversations. Clean and comfortable for our large group. Quiet areas for babies to sleep. Will rent again.

We had a great time at this property. It’s perfect for a family getaway. 5 minute walk to the beach and one of the local restaurants. The three bathrooms made it extremely convenient for taking showers and getting dressed. I would stay here again! Only small issue was during check in... We could not get into property for the first hour due to not having lockbox code.. We finally got the code from owner.

Great location clean house!

The location was great and the house was clean. I would stay there again but I wouldn’t seek it out if you know what I mean. it was a good value for a group of adults. We all had our own bathroom and the kitchen was big enough for us to eat in. Mattress was a little worn out. You need to bring any toiletries and paper towels and toilet paper and laundry detergent and your own soap/shampoo. The towels and sheets were fine and as is said, everything was clean. Overall it was great.

Horrible Experience for a Beachfront Townhome & Has Potential

When we first approached the property, the first thing we noticed was all the scaffolding in the front and left side of the property. We were first unsure if this was the right location as the owner did not inform us firsthand that there were renovations being done. When pulling into the driveway, we did not notice the scaffolding that had been left by the construction crew and it almost pierced my front left tire. Upon entering the establishment, we noticed that the blinds for the front windows of the property were on the floor in front of the couch in the living room; as well as several empty water bottles. I texted the owner what she wanted us to do with them because we did not want to damage them. We had to move the blinds into the master bedroom to keep them out of our way. The couch cushions were also flipped as the topside of them were heavily damaged. The owner said she was getting a new couch altogether. When we checked the bathrooms, none of them were clean and one of the toilets was not flushed as there was poop in it. Also, per the contract there was supposed to be a fresh toilet roll in each bathroom but there was only 1 roll in the whole property. The bedsheets also had visible stains on them and we had to go purchase our own bedding. After going through many of the inconveniences during our stay, it was not worth the time and money to deal with the extra hassles. We are not sure why this location was rented out during the time that it was being renovated. We felt unsafe due to a missing window as that can cause security issues. The pictures that are on VRBO for this property could use some updating as they are outdated. This rental was completely unacceptable and was a big inconvenience. We have pics of everything that was described here.

It was unfortunate that some of the outside work I was having done to improve the property wasn’t finished when you arrived. The contractor and I had a miscommunication about the timing. I apologized and even refunded you $200. The new couches arrived the week after you left (they were ordered back in March and the arrival date was out of my control). I apologize again that everything wasn’t perfect during your stay but it was only because I was working on improving the property and it looks great now!

Beach House on Amelia Island

House was easy to find per excellent instructions from manager. One of the best features of the house is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a wonderful place for families. The neighborhood is quiet and has a good view of the ocean.
