Sunny and bright villa with a spacious living room
 Outside the city of GAP. ('300 days of sunshine a year') with views of the mountains and Ceuze: high climbing place
Large separate kitchen, living room and dining room of 55m2 with a TV, all overlooking a wooden terrace of 60m2.
In the summer: a 5 x 10m hard swimming pool covered with a new 2018 shelter that slides completely, thus clearing the entire pool. Water more than 28 ° with the shelter. High barrier against.
Outdoor playgrounds including those in the back of the house with a volleyball court and a petanque.

A bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and 4 rooms upstairs.

Des vacances comme on aime

Une maison très agréable, spacieuse et aérée (appréciable en période de canicule) dans laquelle nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très bien placée, dans cette région qui offre de magnifiques paysages et des beaux chemins de rando, cette maison offre une piscine qu'on ne peut qu'apprécier. Les propriétaires sont très très sympatiques et ont respecté l'intimité que nous recherchions. Laissez-vous tenter.

Superbe maison et très bon accueil

Une maison très spacieuse, moderne et très agréable. Nous avons passé une semaine mais ce n'était pas assez pour profiter de tout ce qu'offre la région et la maison. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et disponibles si besoin ;-) Ils doivent se rappeler de nous... Nous y retournerons : c'est sûr !

Spacious villa, great location, garden and pool!

Villa l'Amandolive is a great choice if you want to enjoy the Gap area, mountains and lac de Serre-Poncon. Nicely located just outside Gap but close enough to have easy access to e.g. the supermarkets. The villa is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need and is has a fantastic terrace, garden and pool. Mrs. and Mr. Jerome are very accurate, kind and great hosts (english speaking!). We had a great stay with 7 people and surely recommend Villa l'Amandolive.

TRES BELLE LOCATION

Belle maison, spacieuse, fonctionnelle, propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut, très bien équipée, propriétaires très sympas, Madame Jérôme est même venue nous chercher à la gare. Cadre agréable, et calme, les repas sur la terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes et les goûters au bord de la piscine avec les enfants, top. Séjour très agréable.D.C

Without fault

The house is beautifully located on a hillside, with wonderful views of the mountains and the valley towards Gap. Our grandchildren loved the spacious garden and, of course, the pool; we loved dining outside on the patio, watching the Pic de Morgan turn pink in the sunset. Inside the house, there is plenty of room with comfortable seating, a well-equipped kitchen and good bedrooms and bathrooms. The Lac de Serre-Poncon is within easy reach, with plenty of water based activities for all ages. We also enjoyed visits to Gap-Aventure, Barcelonette, Embrun and the Parc National des Ecrins. For eating out, probably our best meal was lunch at the little lakeside restaurant on the Plage de la Voilerie at Savines-le-lac. Otherwise, it was easy to shop at the supermarket on the outskirts of Gap and make use of the in-house barbecue and pizza oven. In summary, this house will provide you with the perfect base for a holiday away from crowds of tourists, but still with plenty of interesting sights and activities. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

un lieu idéal pour passer d'excellentes vacances

maison très agréable , moderne et fonctionnelle . les baies vitrées permettent d'avoir une vue magnifique sur 180°. vaste jardin et grande terrasse qui permets aux enfants de s'amuser en toute liberté la piscine est bien sécurisée et suffisamment grande . la location est au calme dans une impasse à proximité des grands commerces (5mn en voiture) et du centre de GAP (15mn) La région est superbe

Maison idéale dans une région magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Amandolive. Randonnées familiales à proximité pour découvrir une faune et une flore exceptionnelles. L'Amandolive offre tout le confort d'une maison spacieuse, lumineuse, judicieusement conçue et disposant d'équipements fonctionnels très appréciables. La piscine, avec vue sur la montagne, est couverte ce qui permet la baignade quelle que soit la température extérieure. De plus l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires mérite d'être souligné. Une excellente adresse pour vos prochaines vacances en famille à la montagne!

Très belle maison - excellentes vacances.

Nous avons loué la maison pour 9 personnes avec des enfants entre 3 et 9 ans en aout 2013. Acceuil chaleureux par les propriétaires qui sont aux petits soins. La maison est spacieuse et très bien pensée. La piscine est immense et chaude grâce au système de fermeture. Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables entre lac et randonnées dans les montagnes alentours.

Maison très spacieuse et confortable

Maison très spacieuse comprenant tout le confort possible. La vue depuis la terrasse et le séjour est grandiose. Les ouvertures sont très nombreuses sur le paysage. Les espaces jour et nuit sont bien séparés ce qui permet à chacun de vivre à son rythme, sans déranger les autres occupants. La piscine est grande et bien conçue. La couverture coulissante à moitié est bien appréciable en cas de vent, mais aussi pour se protéger un peu du soleil. L'accueil de la famille des propriétaires a été chaleureux.
