Very Nice Stay All Around

The apartment has an incredible location and view. The terrace is amazing. Alix was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is charming and nicely appointed. A very nice stay all around. Downside would be the very slow WiFi and the second bedroom is windowless and tiny. Though the location is geographically dramatic and beautiful, I didn't care much for Cassis itself. It's a typical cutesy tourist town with a bad traffic problem. The center of the tourist area is closed to traffic, but one must walk along busy narrow roads to get there. The must see/must do is a swim in the beautiful Calanque de Port Pin which is a pleasant half hour hike away.

Just back from our stay at Alix's lovely property in Cassis, our little boy Lochlann's first holiday! We had a wonderful holiday, Cassis is amazing and Alix's property is really great, particularly for our needs. On the whole the property was fantastic with just a few small flaws/hitches. The apartment is as seen, large fantastic terrace with a wonderful view, large open plan kitchen/diner/living room opening out through 2 large double doors to terrace, one large master bedroom ensuite also opening out to the terrace and small bunk room with no windows and separate toilet. The apartment is very private (are apartments above and by the side but they are screened well and were mostly unoccupied when we went anyway), is literally just opposite the beach and is 5-10 mins walk from Cassis and 20-25 mins walk the other way to the first of the Calanques. The steps up to the apartment from the road might be tricky for some with prams etc, but were fine for us. The few minor flaws are below, but overall did not detract from what was a lovely stay 1. We asked Alix whether she had a travel cot and she said yes so we did not bring one. When we got there hers was broken, which could have left us b*ggered for want of a better word, but luckily we had a sleepyhead mattress with us which Lochlann could sleep on, raised up on another mattress. If he had been older than 5 months we would not have been able to do this. When I said to Alix that is was broken she just shrugged and left! 2. WIFI did not work - on holiday so not a major problem, just didn't work. 3. Aircon machine also did not work - blew out hot air. We visited in late September so not problem, but might be in high Summer. 4. The apartment is lovely, but is a bit tired in places, with a fair bit of dust (despite the 66 Euros cleaning fee), damp and mould marks on some walls, etc. Apart from above, and most importantly the cot thing, which could have been a nightmare, the holiday was great, the apartment lovely and overall a great success. Thank you Alix!

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht

Ob baden im Meer, wandern in den Calanques oder bummeln im Zentrum - die Ferienwohnung mit großer Terrasse und Meerblick liegt perfekt, um die vielen Möglichkeiten, die Cassis bietet, auch ohne Auto zu genießen.

Schönes Appartement mit wundervoller Aussicht!

Das Appartement, die Aussicht, der Strand vor Tür, das Städtchen Cassis - ein herrlicher Aufenthalt!! Alix ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns herzlich empfangen hat. Die Kommunikation war völlig unkompliziert per WhatsApp, ein früherer CheckIn war kein Problem, nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Fotos zeigen es ja auch. Einzig das neue Parksystem in Cassis ist etwas umständlich. Der einzig kostenfreie Parkplatz liegt etwas außerhalb, der Bustransfer funktioniert jedoch einwandfrei. Man sollte das Angebot nutzen, denn die Gebühren für das Parken sind ab April mit 25-, € / 24 h doch recht sportlich. Einmal vor Ort lässt sich vom Appartement dann aber alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben den Frühling sehr genossen, merci et á une autre fois!!

Noel au balcon

Appartement très agréable, vue imprenable sur la mer, le port et le château (très belles illuminations). Grande terrasse à l’ombre (dommage l’hiver mais sûrement appréciable l’été). On a tous été très bien dans cet appartement idéalement placé dans le village et pour marcher dans les calanques. Départ à pied pour les plus sportif (évidemment ça monte et ça descend beaucoup).

Super Lage, Ausstattung eher mittel

Die Ferienwohnung liegt super schön, direkt am Strand. Die Terrasse ist der Hit! Leider hat das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelstockbett kein Fenster. Von den Sofas im Wohnzimmer ist eins in schlechtem Zustand und die Ausstattung der Küche ist zwar umfangreich, aber sehr einfach. Da hätte ich für den Preis mehr erwartet. Der Geschirrspüler ist zwar gelaufen, hat aber das Geschirr nicht sauber gespült, sodass wir von Hand spülen mussten. Und es ist eine nicht unerhebliche Kaution zu hinterlegen. Das steht leider nicht in der Beschreibung der Wohnung im Inserat.

Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil. Alik est une femme très agréable, elle était si gentille qu'elle a rencontré à la gare de cassis. Les appartements sont très bien situés, à proximité d'une belle plage, à l'abri des vents, le centre peut être atteint à pied en 15 minutes par un pas lent. Les appartements sont propres, ils ont tout pour un séjour confortable. Et un grand cadeau est-une belle vue depuis la terrasse. Merci pour nos belles vacances.

Tolle Wohnung in Cassis

Perfekte Lage an einem kleinen Strand, weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Bäckern und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Nachts angenehm ruhig. Tolle, große Terrasse mit sehr schönem Blick, elektrische Markisen als Sonnenschutz, großes Wohn-/Esszimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, schnelles Internet. Parken in der näheren Umgebung problemlos möglich auch für größere Autos. Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Kurz - alles wie es sein soll für einen tollen Urlaub, wir kommen gern mal wieder!

Très bel appartement avec terrasse surplombant la mer ....

Cet appartement donne l impression d être dans une maison du fait de sa grande terrasse ....Il est confortable spacieux très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur le Cap Canaille . La plage de Bestouan qui est à ses pieds permet de profiter de la mer à tout heure sans soucis... Enfin les Calanques sont elles aussi très facilement accessibles ....Bref tout est la pour passer un très agréable séjour à Cassis .... Nos reviendrons ....

gute Lage - schöne Aussicht von der Terasse auf kleinen Strand und die Bucht! Küche und Wohnzimmer geräumig und gut ausgestattet, Nachts in der Umgebung alles ruhig, so dass man gut schlafen kann... Wandergebiet direkt um die Ecke!

Location idéalement située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location au bord de la plage où tout peut se faire à pied: les balades dans les calanques ainsi que les courses au marché. Nous avons même pu nous baigner en décembre . Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Un lieu exceptionnel pour découvrir Cassis

Cette location est située face à la plage de Bestouan, à moins de 10 minutes de marche du port et sur le chemin de randonnée menant aux Calanques. Le soir la vue sur la ville et le château de Cassis est exceptionnelle. Le logement un peu vétuste est bien fonctionnel.
