LOCATION
Located in the Beachwalk Resort just across from the Sandcastle Playground. Just a short walk or golf cart ride away from the lakefront.

PARKING
2 parking spaces, 2 in the front along the street. Overflow parking lot within walking distance. Please do not park in nearby firelane.

HOUSE RULES
-No smoking or vaping indoors
-No pets
-No parties
-No fireworks
-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

RENTAL PERIOD
Rents Saturday to Saturday mid-June through mid-August. Short stays are welcome for all other available dates. Great holiday rental. Ask us about our long-term opportunities.

PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED
Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it!

RESORT AMENITIES AND INFO * indicates a seasonal amenity.
4ft heated pool*, toddler pool*, basketball court*, tennis court, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding* and kayaking*, catch and release fishing off of two different piers. New bocce ball and shuffleboard courts and toddler sprinkler pad. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

After Dune Delight rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Saturday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).

Great family getaway
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cute cottage was super clean and conveniently located right across from the park. My kids loved playing there and I could see them out the window. The golf cart was amazing for going to the pool and beach. Such a great hidden community. Can’t wait to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just the size for our group of 6. Very clean. The grill was spotless (which is unusual for rentals-nice!) good location across from park -the kids just ran out to play. On a dead end so not a lot of traffic. There were no instructions on how to work any of the TVs in there were three remotes for each TV which made it confusing. Then come to find out there were no batteries in the remote for the TV in the living room. I called the front desk for help and no one got back to me. There were six of us and they were only six bath towels. I would recommend at least two towels per person just my suggestion. These two complaints did not hamper our stay and I still give it five stars.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 (3 adults, 3 teens) stayed 4 days and three nights in this unit. It was our 5th year at Beachwalk and 5th home. Out of all the houses we were disappointed with this one. We knew it would be small and further away from the beach. That is why we always pick a unit with a golf cart. The golf cart worked, but we had to charge it after each trip around the property. It almost ran out of power twice on our way back. The kitchen is very narrow only allowing 1-2 people at a time and that is tight. I suggested more cooking skillets and possibly plastic wear with lids. There is dishes and pans, but very random. Another problem we had was the upstairs toilet. It was constantly running and overflowed once. We had to mess with it the whole stay. This was mentioned to the management. They were very concerned and would have sent maintenence over, but it was our last night and we told them to look at it after we were gone.The mattresses were not comfortable and the living room furniture was old and tired. This would be ideal for a family with younger kids since the park is across the street. The unit could use some attention and be refreshed. For our family size and needs we would not pick this unit again. Overall we LOVE Beachwalk and plan to return for years to come.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and had everything you needed to make food at the property. It was convenient to have the playground directly across from the property for the kids to play at. The only complaint was the one bed was coming apart and was hard and the TV remotes needed new batteries but these are very minor things that did not impact our stay too much.
