In a rural setting on Mount LUZECH, not far from the Oppidum impernal overlooking the Rock of St. Project. New house (2010/2011) for 6 persons with garden in the middle of small truffle oaks. Lovers of peace and nature can bask in the swimming pool 8 x 4 secured by an electric shutter.
The house of 100 sqm ground floor you will deduce all the modern comforts: The fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living room, 3 bedrooms, each with its double bed, a bathroom with bath with a large cabinet with 2 sinks and are separate toilet. There are many activities: Golf, Fishing, Swimming, Canoeing, Fishing, and then its many attractions such as Rocamadour, Saint Cirq Lapopie Padirac Chasm, Caves of Pech-Merle ......... Finally Luzech is located near Cahors town with a great historical past with are famous Pont Valentré and its famous vineyards.

Séjour parfait

Très bonne communication et réactivité des gérants. La maison est parfaite et la piscine un régal. Très bon séjour au grand calme.

Belles vacances dans le Lot

Jolie petite villa, nichée au coeur des chênes, bien équipée, moderne. Les + : bien située entre Cahors et Puy L'évèque pour découvrir la région, calme, la piscine chauffée. Les - : la piscine sous les chênes se salit rapidement, malgré le rideau de protection. Qq équipements basiques non fournis (ex = un tapis de bain).

Der günstige Preis tröstet über einiges hinweg…

Das Ferienhaus ist meine ich BJ. 2011 seit dem ist scheinbar auch nicht besonders viel gepflegt worden es wurde nur erhalten. Feuchtigkeit drückt von der Bodenplatte hoch dadurch in einigen Zimmern Feuchte Wände und dadurch leichte Schimmel anhaftungen. Die Betten sind „Durch“. Der Poolbereich ist ok aber viele hochstehende Terrassendielen (Verletzungsgefahr). Der geringe Abstand zu den Nachbar Häusern war leider auf den Inseratsbildern nicht zu erkennen. Tischtennisplatte war leider komplett im Eimer (Gebrochen) die Schläger auch ein Totalschaden. Somit war Tischtennis leider nur mit Abstrichen möglich nachdem wir uns ein neues Set gekauft haben. Alles in allem hat das Haus viele kleine Mängel die es verhindern einen Traumhaften Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Der Preis ist ok, aber leider auch keinen Euro mehr wert.

Parfait

Je recommande cette villa si vous aimez la tranquillité et les ballades,même si le temps était parfois capricieux nous avons trouvé notre séjour agréable....villa fidèle au descriptif toutefois l absence de clôture lorsqu on a un chien est compliqué. Merci aux propriétaires qui sont réactifs aux demandes
