Located in a small quiet village, ideally located in the heart of the lot, close to the Dordogne, equipped with WIFI, "LAVISTE" contemporary house of 110 m² on one level can accommodate up to 6 people. Up to date, with all its modern comforts including 3 bedrooms of 11 m² each equipped with a double bed 140x190, the bathroom with Italian shower, equipped with double sinks, 1 separate toilet, the large fully equipped kitchen equipped with a table and 6 chairs open to the living room. By opening the large picture window in the living room you access the 2 large terraces of 35 m² which overlook the swimming pool treated with salt of 8mx4m and secured by an electric shutter. Around the house a large, partly shaded garden of 900 m². There are many activities nearby: paragliding, golf, fishing, swimming, canoeing, horse riding, strolling on the Lot in gabarre, leisure center of Caix.
Located in the center of major tourist sites: Rocamadour, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Padirac chasm, Bonaguil castle, Pech-Merle cave, Puy-évêque, medieval town ...

Lovely gite in the Lot region

The gite was very comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen with a gas BBQ. The salt water pool was fabulous and heated to 28 degrees so warm even when the weather wasn't very hot. Thedirac is a pretty village and has a boulangerie a short walk away. The small town of Catus is a short drive away and has an excellent butchers, wine shop and Spar. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely dreadful accommodation and owners. The website photos show pristine decking and pool, the reality is that the pool filters are never turned on leading to a pool full of detritus and insects. The decking is warped, splintering and with loose screws everywhere that ride up whenever you walk on them. Despite claiming that English is spoken, none was spoken to us before, during or after the visit. We think we were given a some information and asked some questions in French upon arrival but apparently mis-understood. The first hour or so in the property was spent removing mold from the coffee machines and bread bins because the owners do not employ any cleaners and you actually pay the owners for the privilege of cleaning the property yourself - I kid you not!! I found that the raised concrete slabs under the barbeque are not secured in place, I barely missed having the hot coals from the barbeque being tipped over me when I stepped on the loose concrete slabs and they tilted the barbeque over. To top a thoroughly dreadful holiday off, the owner took 300 euros off my bank card with no authorization at all, claiming that we had knocked over a garden light with our car. Our car is fitted with a full collision warning and prevention system so collisions are not possible. They also charged us 5 hours cleaning to clean an oven! They clearly needs funds to repair all the issues in the garden and are apparently happily take the money from your bank account.

Séjour à Thédirac

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison avec piscine chauffée. La région est fantastique et nous avons pu nous reposer pleinement suite à cette année de labeur. Nadège et Sébastien ont été au petit soin pour nous et l'accueil a été parfait pour prendre possession des lieux. La maison ne manque de rien même si en essayant de trouver un point d'amélioration obligatoire, des petits rafraichissements intérieurs ou travaux sur les terrasses bois permettraient d'accroître encore un peu plus le séjour parfait que nous avons passé. Je recommande vivement cet endroit de bonheur.

Le séjour a été très agréable et le soleil au rendez-vous mi septembre. La piscine est grande et chauffée. La maison est confortable, hygiène irréprochable et bon accueil. Wifi impeccable. Une belle location de dernière minute qui n'a été que très satisfaisante.

Belle maison

Nous avons logé dans une maison très confortable et bien équipée. Les prestations sont conformes au descriptif. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine chauffée, ce qui est un plus en septembre. Petite suggestion d'installer une douche extérieure. La région est splendide et il y a beaucoup de villages à découvrir. Il ne faut pas avoir peur de passer du temps en voiture. Nous recommandons cette location.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Haus wie beschrieben, modern, gut eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten wären mal notwendig, z.B. funktionieren in den Bädern die Armaturen nur schwer. Zudem wird der Pool während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt und es gibt keinen Sauger / Roboter. Man muss aufwändig mit dem Kescher den Boden säubern. Ansonsten ist der Salzwasserpool aber toll, hat eine schöne größe, ist angenehm tief und die Wasserqualität ist super.

Maison élégante, très agréable à vivre, équipements confortables. Les espaces verts environnants peuvent justifier l'absence de climatisation. Les sanitaires nécessiteront sous peu une révision. La piscine est correcte sauf : - profondeur (homogène) excessive pour toute personne faisant moins de 1m80 - accès difficile, manque de main courante - nettoyage-filtration à améliorer - une douche près de cette piscine serait la bienvenue Ravitaillement quotidien un peu trop éloigné.

Maison très comfortable, bien équipée, très calme. La piscine chaufée est un atout. Malheureusement il y avait un odeur desagréable quand le temps n’était pas bon et pas mal de cheveux d’un chien dans la maison. Le douche a aussi besoin d’une “upgrade”.

Quiétude et farniente à l’ordre du jour ...

Villa agréable, bien équipée, au calme : pour un excellent séjour .. Si une remarque devait être signalée, il s’agirait uniquement de la piscine : 1) un robot serait intéressant pour une propreté impeccable pendant tout le séjour. 2) démarrage filtration/pompe vers 10h15 est un peu tard si vous désirez vous baigner au réveil. 3) pourquoi ne pas mettre le système pompe/filtration/chauffage la veille d’une arrivée locative pour une utilisation immédiate (à notre arrivée eau a 23*). Votre maison est vraiment agréable et décorée avec bon goût. Je me suis juste permis de faire ces constatations concernant la piscine pour un séjour parfait et à recommander. Bien cordialement et excellente saison locative. Alain Renard de Belgique. PS : nous avons apprécié surtout la ville de Sarlat et le resto « la récréation » aux Arques

Maison vraiment très agréable;

Maison totalement conforme à la description et aux photos. L'endroit est très calme, la piscine est vraiment bien (traitement de l'eau au sel très agréable), la maison est très confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec un seul petit bémol : la connexion internet est vraiment très très faible. Location à recommander lorsqu'on souhaite des vacances au calme dans un cadre très agréable.

Notre maison en pierre 'Les Palmiers' de plain pied de 90 m² typique du Lot peut accueillir 5 personnes. Elle comprend : 1 cuisine équipée, 1 salon, 1 salle de bain avec baignoire, 1 wc indépendant, 2 chambres l'une équipée d'un lit double en 140 et l'autre avec un lit double en 140 et un lit simple en 90. À l'extérieur une terrasse avec un salon de jardin et un barbecue en pierre. Dans le jardin de 1200 m² la piscine traitée au sel de 8 m x 4 m est sécurisée par une clôture. La propriété est située dans le village de Milhac tout en étant très calme, vous serez à deux pas de la vallée de la Dordogne et de Sarlat au coeur des sites touristiques du Périgord et également du Lot comme Rocamadour, le gouffre de Padirac, Domme etc...
