Liebe Antonella und Familie, vielen Dank für das wunderschöne Ferienhaus. Wir waren 2 Familien mit Kindern. Das Haus ist sehr schön groß und sauber. Es besitzt eine wunderbare Dachterrasse die auf den Bildern gar nicht zu sehen ist. Wir wurden persönlich an der Abfahrt Balestrate abgeholt und zum Haus gebracht da es schwer zu finden ist. Die Kommunikation hat perfekt geklappt (e-Mail und Whatsapp). Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern. Ein großes Problem sind die Moskitos, dafür gab es überall Gazefenster und Anti Mückenmittel. Unsere Ausflüge gingen nach: Segesta, Selinute, Agrigent, Trapani mit Seilbahn nach Erice, Palermo, Zingaro NP, Cefalu und eine Flußfahrt in der Gole de Tiberiu, alles sehr zu empfehlen! Wir möchten alle nachfolgenden Urlauber bitten sich liebevolll um die Katze (wir nannten ihn Ferdinand) zu kümmern. Er saß jeden morgen pünktlich da und nach einer ordentlichen Portion Dosenfutter war er auch ganz lieb. Danke für das schöne Haus

Splendido soggiorno

La descrizione della casa nell'annuncio era accurata e la struttura si è presentata in ottimo stato (sia dal punto di vista della pulizia che dello stato di mobili, elettrodomestici e suppellettili). I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili. La posizione dell'immobile è facilissima da raggiungere e, sebbene decentrata, consente di raggiungere con facilità ogni destinazione data la vicinanza con la superstrada. Inoltre il prezzo è stato incredibilmente vantaggioso. Qualora dovessimo ritornare in Sicilia questa struttura sarà senz'altro la prima che valuteremo.

Casa pulita, in buono stato .Molto piacevole proprietaria. La descrizione corrisponde al'inserzione. Un poco difficile a trovare all'arrivo. Negativo: la biancheria di letti a cambiare.

MERAVIGLIOSA E ACCOGLIENTE SOTTO OGNI ASPETTO!!!!

Siamo stati ospitati in questa struttura per una settimana nel mese di luglio. Struttura perfetta e idonea per il nostro gruppo di Azione Cattolica che ha scelto di passare il campo scuola estivo nelle vicinanze (A.C. Partinico). La gentilezza infinita della famiglia è stata l'apripista per una settimana di serenità e tranquillità, passata in momenti di preghiera e di gioia. Saremo da voi anche ad agosto. A presto e grazie!!

Très bonne location

Nous avons séjourné à 11 personnes, une semaine dans cette villa , proche de Balestrate et non loin de belles plages . Les propriétaires , nous ont accueillis généreusement, avec quelques gâteaux faits maison, des légumes du jardin, du vin et des olives . Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et conseils . La maison est très agréable , au calme , je conseille vivement !!

HO SOGGIORNATO IN QUESTA SPLENDIDA VILLA CON 6 AMICI PER UNA SETTIMANA. VERAMENTE PERFETTA IN TUTTO: AMPI SPAZI SIA INTERNI CHE ESTERNI, UNA VERANDA FRESCA E GRANDISSIMA CHE SI SFRUTTA IN OGNI MOMENTO DELLA GIORNATA DALLA COLAZIONE FINO A NOTTE INOLTRATA, ZONA TRANQUILLA, SUPER GRIGLIATE, OTTIMA POSIZIONE PER RAGGIUNGERE TUTTE LE DESTINAZIONI (A 5 MIN DALL'AUTOSTRADA). LE FOTO DELL'ANNUNCIO RISPECCHIANO TOTALMENTE LA REALTA'! Villa dotata di comfort e...

Villa dotata di comfort e di spazi ampi ed accoglienti, ubicata in posizione tranquilla, non distante né dal mare né dal centro abitato, in prossimità dello svincolo autostradale. L'ideale per chi ha voglia di divertirsi in compagnia o di rilassarsi senza rinunciare al piacere di visitare meravigliose attrazioni turistiche. I proprietari sono persone amabilissime e disponibili.

La Villa è in una zona re...

La Villa è in una zona residenziale fuori dal centro abitato, in posizione tranquilla, con ampio scoperto, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari ad un piacevole soggiorno. Le condizioni della casa e dell'arredo sono ottime. la posizione è strategica essendo vicina al casello autostradale, non lontana dall'abitato e da una magnifica grande spiaggia. Gli spazi esterni ed il grande loggiato consentono di trascorrere momenti di pieno relax in completa libertà. Durante il soggiorno la temperatura non è mai stata fastidiosa poiché nel loggiato c'è sempre una piacevole ventilazione. I proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponibilissimi. Che altro dire? Speriamo di poterci ritornare!

"A nice house with privat...

"A nice house with private yard and garden with olive trees. No noise from the highway nearby. The owner lives nearby and is very friendly and helpful. We were there end of October and were a bit cold for a couple of days - she provided extra blankets promptly. Clean, but basic accommodation - we missed some more plates and cups, as we were 13. Faucet in the bathtub in one of the two bathrooms was a bit hard to operate and bidet leaked. Beds and linen were basic."

"Location conforme à la description, propriètaires forts serviables et sympathiques. La villa est spacieuse et se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture de toutes les commodités, de la plage de Balestrate et de l''embranchement de l''autoroute. Il était très agréable de prendre nos repas dehors. Il faudrait prévoir un container à poubelles, un peu plus de vaisselle pour le petit-déjeuner (bols et couverts) et revoir la literie."

"une tres belle demeurre, calme et confortable; l''emlacement est stratégique, prés des plus belles plages de la sicile, on a eu l''occasion de visiter plusieurs endroits qui sont pas tres loin de balestrate, notamment alcamo, castelmare delgolfo et riserva naturale delle zingaro, et en plus de ca les propriétaires sont tres gentils. j''y retournerais certainement."

"Abbiamo affittato la casa per le vacanze di capodanno in 12, al nostro arrivo la casa si presentava al di sopra delle nostre aspettative, anche più bella che nelle foto. Tutto era pulito e lenzuola, asciugamani e coperte presenti in abbondanza. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto disponibili, gentili e accoglienti. La Casa è in campagna ma vicinissima sia a Balestrate che all''omonima uscita dell''autostrada, per cui è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare la sicilia occidentale (erice,segesta,trapani,palermo) La casa posizionata in un punto tranquillo e attorniata da alberi, non c''erano rumori di alcun genere. ci torneremo sicuramente pure in estate."
