This special accommodation invites a family or large group of friends to the north coast of Sicily. Enjoy your vacation in the main building and several outbuildings and look forward to privacy and time together. Look forward to the beautifully decorated rooms and get together in the communal living room with kitchen. The large grounds offer you a Mediterranean garden with many terraces and a large pool area with a bar area and wonderful views of the countryside.



Plan excursions to the historic towns of Alcamo and Castellammare del Golfo, which is located at the foot of Monte Bonifato. The Bosco di Alcamo nature reserve is an ideal destination for nature lovers and behind the seaside resort of Balestrate there are also pine forests, vineyards, olive groves and citrus plantations to discover. Relax on the beautiful beaches and swim in the crystal-clear sea and on other days take excursions to Palermo and Partinico and to Lake Poma.

The house was lovely and looked just like the photos! We had such a lovely holiday. The pool and the seating area beside it were very relaxing (although there were a couple of broken chairs) and there was a kitchen area with most of the things you need for a holiday stay - fridge, oven/hob, dining tables, cutlery and crockery, etc. Host was welcoming and very helpful on check-in and throughout our stay. Electricity costs were extra, but this was well explained and clear from the outset. However, if you are staying here you will really need a car... Although the house is not far from town, the connecting road cannot be used by pedestrians and the walking route involves a long diversion.

Overall we had a great holiday here. It was obvious why they don’t give you the directions or the exact location until you’ve already driven to the spot and have to call the key holder because they only direct you to the main road. Exact location with a railway line running through with no fence would put people off but once we were here it was too late and actually fine. If you have the sort of person in your group who would scramble up a steep slope and jump in front of a train just be aware they would be able to do this here. Scenery stunning - surrounded by mountains and located conveniently close to beaches and lots of restaurant choices but you need a car to access. Pool area and outdoor living space are amazing. An outdoor sofa or two would make it more comfortable but we got used to the deck chairs and loungers. Room 12 has a foul sewage smell so avoid that one! Kitchen is not brilliantly equipped so if you like cereal for breakfast pick up plastic bowls because there are only 2. I would definitely stay again but now I know what to expect (a glamping holiday), for the price and for a large group of extended family this property is perfect.
