The primary bedroom offers a plush king bed, while the second bedroom includes a full
bunk bed—ideal for kids or extra guests. The shared bathroom is updated and well appointed, and wall A/C keeps the space cool on warmer days. Parking is available in the covered carport (first-come basis) with additional street parking available if all are taken, and guests have access to shared laundry facilities during their stay.
Step outside to your private oceanfront balcony, where you can relax in the sea breeze, grill dinner on the shared BBQ, or watch the sun set over the water. The direct beach access through the rock barrier provides easy access for walks along the shore.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
