Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Einschränkungen

Positiv: Check-in und Kommunikation waren hervorragend. Der erste Eindruck der Wohneinheit mit kleinem Garten war auch sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als aureichend. Alle Küchenutensilien im Überfluss. Die Dusche war perfekt nach einem langen Strandtag Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine haben nicht gefehlt und sehr geholfen. In der nahen Umgebung finden sich viele Möglichkeiten zu einem leckeren Essen. Der Strand ist auch nicht weit entfernt, wobei wir immer zu dem Steg gegangen sind. Negativ: Die Küchenschränke sind alt und haben einen strengen Geruch entwickelt. Es musste alles vor der Nutzung abgewaschen werden. Das Doppelbett ist zum Hochklappen und quietscht bei jeder Bewegung in den Gelenken Jeden Morgen um 07:00 Uhr kommt die Müllabfuhr und leert die Mülltonnen. Da in dem Haus keine Klimaanlage installiert ist, mussten wir bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.

Casa ben arredata e con tutti i confort. In 4 siamo stati comodi, gli spazi sono giusti e con 2 fligli non è scontato. Il mare è vicino e anche il centro commerciale per la spesa non è lontano. Esperienza positiva e da consigliare.

Casa vacanze perfetta

Casa pulitissima, spaziosa ed intima. A pochi passi sia dal centro che dal mare, davvero comodissima! Proprietario attento e disponibile, idem la ragazza che si occupa delle pulizie e dell’accoglienza. Zona tranquilla e vicinato molto cordiale, casa Dotata di tutto ciò che serve, con un piccolo giardino con tavolo e sedie, comodissimo per mangiare sotto le stelle! Noi siamo stati qui una settimana (con noi c’erano anche cane e bimbo di 4 anni), sicuramente torneremo!

Complimenti per l'appartamento, non molto grande ma super accessoriato come pochi . A poca distanza dal centro e dal mare , in posizione non centrale ma carina e tranquilla . Possibilita di accedere all'appartamento con cancello automatico e posto auto privato a 10 metri dall'ingresso . gentilissimi i proprietari

Bel posto e casa accogliente

Siamo stati a Marina di Massa a Luglio 2017 ed abbiamo avuto una piacevole esperienza sia per la cittadina molto carina e funzionale (per una famiglia con bambino piccolo) sia nell'appartamento. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto l'occorrente ed in più ci sono state messe a disposizione due biciclette con cui abbiamo girato bene il centro. Unica nota dolente le molte zanzare che non ci hanno permesso di godere a pieno degli spazi esterni. I lidi nelle vicinanze sono un pò cari ma si trova un ottimo compromesso andando al Free beach. Ci ritornerei

Buona vacanza

Appartamento bello e funzionale. Da rivedere il bagno, avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. Per il resto tutto ok. Cucina nuova e giardino utilissimo. Il contesto è molto tranquillo. Unico difetto è che è a 650 metri dal mare, quindi deve piacere passeggiare! Comunque il padrone di casa ci ha messo a disposizione due biciclette. In generale il giudizio è ampiamente positivo!

Casa ben curata con arredamento nuovo

La casa è bella, come si vede in foto, pulita e ben curata. Siamo stati nel luglio 2013 e siamo rimasti colpiti dall'arredamento pressochè nuovo. E' in una posizione molto tranquilla e riservata, vicina al centro ma lontano dal traffico, da cui si può raggiungere agevolmente il mare a piedi. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile.
