Location fabuleuse

La maison de Noelle est un rêve! Tout est absolument parfait, l’accueil de la tres aimable Signora Adriana , la maison décorée avec soin, le jardin avec vue imprenable sur les collines, la piscine assez longue pour y faire des belles longueurs. La cuisine super équipée, le salle avec le piano a queue a l’etage , pour la plus grande joie des pianistes… pour ne pas parler des livres passionnants et de la bibliothèque musicale! Enfin meme un potager qui nous a régalé de legumes fraichement cueillis. Noelle est un hôte d’une extreme gentillesse et sûrement une femme d’une tres grande elegance. Je recommande vivement cette location a tous les amoureux du calme, de la beauté, a ceux qui souhaite séjourner dans un veritable paradis sur terre, loin du caos de nos vies citadines! Un grand MERCI a Noelle… Alessandra

Paradise

All of us were overwhelmed by the beauty of this place. A wonderful old stone house, beautifully furnished within a terrific garden with the most spectacular view. It was absolutely quiet. A fine grand piano, an admirable pool. There were grapes and fig trees and apples, tomatoes, olives and lavender (apparently repelling mosquitoes). We wish to say thank you for two weeks in paradise. Havre de paix et de beauté

Quelle émerveillement de découvrir ce lieu, entouré de nature sauvage et d'un jardin entretenu avec attention. on se sent immédiatement bien, convaincu d'avoir fait le bon choix. La maison est très bien rénovée, avec beaucoup de goût. Des chambres au salon, en passant par une cuisine idéale (très bien équipée) pour s'essayer à la gastronomie italienne, et des terrasses charmantes pour chaque moment de la journée, tout nous a séduit. Piscine sublime, pour lézarder, nager,... Belles promenades aux alentours, panoramas dont on ne se lasse pas. L'accueil par Adriana était très sympathique et ses explications complètes. Je ne trouve pas de points négatifs, et nous ne rêvons que d'y revenir...

Wonderful house and garden

We spent a lovely 9 days here and enjoyed every aspect of the house and garden. The pool and garden are great and we really enjoyed the fruit and vegetables. Fantastic to be able to pick fresh lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers for lunch on the veranda. Having a grand piano was an added bonus – sitting by the pool with music from the house, looking out over the Umbrian countryside was beautiful. Just bring a pianist or two with you! The house is in a good spot for exploring the surrounding Umbrian towns and we enjoyed visits to Orvieto, Todi, Perugia and Spoleto among others. Don’t miss a visit to Fattoria di Monticello while you are there. We went on our first day and bought a selection of their wine to enjoy with our stay before going back at the end to choose some to take home with us. We also had dinner at the Fattoria's Agriturismo which was a truly memorable meal (phone or email to arrange a date). Four courses of deliciously cooked food prepared with ingredients from the farm and accompanied with wine from the vineyards.
