Hands down the nicest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at! Pictures do not do the house and gorgeous property justice. The trees band ferns made this a paradise. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub while listening to birds. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. We would love to come back. So close to the volcano too. Got to enjoy some spattering of lava at night and get home easily.

We've stayed at this property at least 4 times--the location is great, and the home is wonderful! We especially love the koi pond. And we love the convenience to Volcanos National Park.

Wonderful location to enjoy the areas of the Big Island. We loved the hot tub and the sauna. The stars at night are amazing! Excellent beds…all four of us slept perfectly in the cooler temps of the 4000 foot elevations. No bugs to bother you. Very clean and well cared for. Perfect stay for 8 days and nights. Would love to come again. Enjoyed feeding the koi fish in the pond every morning.

This home is an amazing, beautiful, and artistic place. It absolutely capped our vacation and we wish that our schedule had allowed us to stay here longer.

We loved staying at this incredible house!! This property is so special - the home is gorgeous, with so much warmth, character, and intentionality behind it. It's huge (we're a family of 4 and had plenty of room to spread out and for the kids to play), with fantastic unique bedrooms and bathrooms, a huge soaking tub, enormous decks, a huge, well-stocked kitchen, and two different family room areas. We could really settle in and live there - cooking meals, prepping for the day, doing laundry, and just enjoying the enormous grounds. My kids loved the koi pond and getting to feed them each morning, and I used the hot tub three days in a row and it was heaven with the beautiful old growth trees and native plants surrounding me. The property is incredible and everything is just so thoughtfully done. We loved having this as our home base as we explored the national park, Hilo, and other sites.

Everything was perfect; we enjoyed the inside and outside offerings. There was a minor glitch upon arrival (keys not available), but this was immediately rectified through a phone call and access to a separate lockbox. We loved the hot tub, sauna, the fireplace in the living area. Just a lovely way to end our days hiking in Volcanos NP.

This place so phenomenal there are no words! By far the best rental we've ever had and we will be back. This location truly made our entire trip worth it. The location is great too in oder to do all things in and around Volcano and Hilo!

Propertyis beautiful and the location is terrific. Everything was comfortable and up to expectations. we did have trouble getting thru the check in process though. No one was responding to us up to the day of arrival. I was in the process of getting a refund from American Express when we finally got thru. Small stuff but there was no bath soap in any of the showers, dead battery in kitchen clock and one of the toilet seats was loose. All in all I would go back again. House is very well built and the custom built furniture was a real joy.

Volcano oasis
