BE AWARE OF THIS PROPERTY, the pictures you will see on the site ARE10 YEARS OLD! The host came to fix a couple of things but for the PRICE this HOUSE NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING ESPECIASLLY OUTSIDE! My wife and I spent more than 2 days cleaning the outside taking out weeds and scrubbing the stone around the pool as well as on the very big terrace, before our family arrived. Inside the cleaning was far from being details, with lots of spider webs and COUCHS with STAINS AND WORN OUT. WE RENTED MANY HOMES AROUND WITH VRBO BUT FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED. WHEN I CONFRONTED THE HOST AT THE END OF OUR 16 DAYS STAY. MR MARCO SAID THAT I HAD A BAD ATTITUDE. MR MARCO POWER WASH ALL THE OUTSIDE WALLS FIX ALL TEH BROKEN TILES THROW AWAY THE 10 LOUNGE WHITE CHAIRS THAT OUR NOW REALLY DIRTY PAINT YOUR FRONT GATE TO THE RUSTED RAILING AROUND THE HOUSE CHANGE THOSE COUCHS AND HAVE A DEEP & DFETAILED CLEANING INSIDE OR HAVE PICTURES ON THE SITE OF WHAT YOUR HOUSE LOOKS LIKE CURRENTLY!

CETTE APPRECIATION EST IRRATIONNELLE OU TOUS LES PROPOS SONT DISPROPORTIONNES Suite à un problème technique sur un WC le dimanche, je suis intervenu avec un professionnel le lundi matin. Concernant le portail, il est rouillé volontairement, ce qui offre le charme chaleureux d'antan. Concernant les points de rouille sur la rampe extérieure, c'est prévu en rénovation cette année. Concernant le canapé en cuir, avec 3 alvéoles de 10cm de diamètre rénové, le cuir est très délicat et cela n'enlève rien au confort du canapé. Concernant un épisode météo imprévisible, pluie avec sable du désert la veille de votre arrivée, les terrasses étaient sale de sable, vous ne m'avez pas demandé d'intervenir vous avez nettoyé avec votre épouse. Pour ce type de préjudice vous en fin de séjour vous me demandez un remboursement 1000€. A titre commercial je vous ai remboursé 200€ correspondant aux frais de 2 jours ménage en France. Si tout n'était pas parfait à votre goût vous auriez pu contacter Abritel et demandez à être relogé ailleurs. Les prétentions de ce locataire dépasse largement le choix de la villa louer, je lui conseille fortement de s'orienter vers des propriétés d'un autre standing plus luxueux mais à budget supérieur. J'INVITE LES FUTURS VACANCIERS A LIRE LES AUTRES APPRECIATIONS dont la dernière est de 2023, en 10ans c'est la première fois que j'apporte une réponse à une telle appréciation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa ! La maison est grande, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée, rien ne manque. Elle est idéalement située, avec de nombreuses activités à proximité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le propriétaire a été très disponible et à l’écoute, ce qui a facilité notre arrivée et notre départ. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Heel mooie lokatie

We hebben er een fijne vakantie beleeft . De woning is moeilijk te bereiken ,heel smal weggetje naar de woning en steile oprit hou daar rekening mee. We hadden een probleem met de wasmachine maar deze is vrij vlug verholpen .Keuken gerief zoals potten en glazen zou wat aan gevuld mogen worden daar men er toch kan verblijven met een grote groep. het kookvuur met maar 3 kookplaten is vrij klein. Het is een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar.

er zijn twee mogelijke wegen om de villa te bereiken, het hangt allemaal af van wat de gps aangeeft, de twee wegen zijn geasfalteerd, maar er is er eigenlijk één minder goed, maar best begaanbaar, als je normaal met lage snelheid rijdt. De villa is voorzien van alle keukenapparatuur voor minimaal 20 personen en een nieuwste generatie inductiekookplaat

Excellent séjour

Très beau séjour de deux semaines dans cette villa tout équipée. La piscine est très bien entretenue. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Je recommande vivement cette location!

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Maison bien équipée , confortable , spacieuse et fonctionnelle située dans un cadre fabuleux en pleine nature avec vue dégagée sur les collines et à proximité du village. L'endroit est calme et reposant , la région regorge de beaux petits villages provençaux et sites magnifiques à voir : gorges du verdon ,massif des maures ... C'est avec grand plaisir que j'y reviendrai .

"Grande maison en état impeccable (air-co, cuisine, piscine, ...) avec une vue extraordinaire et située en pleine nature. Près du centre ville charmant de Flayosc.
