Mooie villa in prachtige omgeving

We hebben met 12 personen hier een fantastische week gehad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en een heerlijk ruim buiten met zwembad. Dichtbij het dorpje Moliets en het strand, gemakkelijk met fiets, auto of lopend te bereiken. Als je naar buiten loopt ben ie binnen 10 minuten in de natuur. We hebben genoten!

Eine tolle Villa!

Wir hatten im Juli 2021 einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen in dieser Villa. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ofen Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine und sehr viel Geschirr, Backgeräte, sogar scharfe Messer. Der Kühlschrank ist auch für viele Personen, wir waren 8, gut dimensioniert. Es gibt eine große Garage, die bei diesen Häusern selten ist. Dort konnten wir unsere Fahrräder, die man wirklich dort braucht, und die Fahrradträger der PKWs untergebracht. Theoretisch hätte zusätzlich auch noch ein PKW in der Garage parken können. Die Räume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Matratzen ok. Die Räume sind vor nicht allzulanger Zeit renoviert worden und haben größtenteils neuwertige Möbel/Einbauten. Das Highlight ist sicherlich der Außenbereich mit dem beheizten Pool. Neuerdings gibt es eine rollbare Abdeckung für den Pool. Bei den manmal kühlen Temperaturen macht das wirklich Sinn. Insgesamt ist die Vermieterin und die Villa sehr zu empfehlen! Das Wetter könnte das nächste Mal besser mitspielen!

Je recommande vivement : villa très agreable et très bien équipée

Résidence très agréable à vivre et conviviale : spacieuse, terrasse, barbecue, belle piscine Je tiens à souligner la cuisine très équipée (avec énormément de bon matériel de cuisine comme de bons couteaux à légumes, tire bouchons, verre à vins et bières etc) Petit bémol : les lumières autour de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas + on est loin de la plage (obligation de prendre la voiture ou de louer des vélos mais a pieds c'est compliqué). Idéalement, il faudrait un toilette en plus (communicant avec la mezzanine en haut). Proximité du pierre et vacances à côté idéale (tennis etc) Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter PS : attention possible nid de frelon asiatique au niveau de la terrasse extérieure
