Contemporary villa of 140 square meters built in 2012 in a residence located 500 meters from the village and its amenities. Located 2.5 km from the great beaches and 800 meters from an international golf course, this house will delight you with its complete equipment.

Inside, you will find an open kitchen on a large living room, all on 65 square meters. Night side, two adult rooms (one with a shower room) and two children's rooms. A bathroom with a bath and two toilets complete the bathroom. This house is air conditioned. Bed linen and towels are provided for 8 people, and the end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.

Outside, you can enjoy a swimming pool 9x4 (heated from June to September) equipped for its safety of an electric shutter. Around this is a wooden terrace of 120 square meters on which you will enjoy the beautiful sunny days around an outdoor table (10 seats) or lying on sunbathing (8 in number).

Very comfortable house with fantastic swimming pool

We loved the house. The beds were good. Kichen was very well equipped. The heated swimming pool was fantastic. Also when it was raining, it was comfortable to swim. Cindy was always reachable by WhatsApp and very friendly. We hope to come back!

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Örtchen ist etwas klein und man ist auf jeden Fall auf ein Auto angewiesen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten, erholsamen Urlaub in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Das Haus hat einen großen, gepflegten Pool, der schön bepflanzt und in einer tollen Terrasse eingefasst ist. Da der Pool beheizt ist, lässt er sich auch bei etwas schlechterem Wetter gut nutzen. Die Küche des Hauses ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt 2 Bäder (eines davon mit Toilette) sowie eine separate Toilette. Einzig, dass in einem der Bäder keine Duschvorrichtung (sondern nur eine Wanne) vorhanden ist, ist etwas nachteilig. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 2 Bäcker und kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kiosk, Metzger, Obsthändler) sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Maison trés agréable et tres fonctionnelle proche de la mer. Moderne, trés bien entretenue avec un bel espace exterieur et tres bien équipee. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Moliets, plage, surf, kite surf , ballades en vélo sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables au milieu de la forêt de pins. Une belle découverte de la région . Ein sehr schönes und Modernes Ferienhaus. Es ist alles vorhanden und die Betreuung war perfekt. ( Check in / out ) Das einzige was besser werden sollte ist die Sauberkeit. Es wird nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Badezimmer nicht sauber . Kühlschrank und Backofen waren sehr dreckig. Sons alles gut

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus und der große Pool sind sehr gepflegt, die Inneneinrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet. Es ist genug Platz für 8 Personen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, ganz so wie zu Hause. Die Sitzecke und der große Tisch draußen waren unser Hauptaufenthaltsort. Die Auto auf der naheliegenden Straße hört man, uns hat es aber nicht gestört.

LOCATION CONFORME et de QUALITE...

Notre séjour de 21 jours a été conforme a l'annonce, aucune surprise comme certaines location mensongère parfois !!!, la villa très fonctionnel , chaleureuse, silencieuse, spacieuse, très moderne et de qualité, dans une résidence calme et a l'abri des regards, une piscine a 26° le matin et 28° l'après-midi très appréciable vue un mois de SEPTEMBRE pluvieux !!!! qui malheureusement était d'actualité, Madame M.... qui reste a votre disposition pour les divers besoins, un spécialiste de la piscine tous les SAMEDI très sympa et très professionnel , nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette location que je recommande vivement, pour moi restera le point fort de ce séjour la piscine chauffée par une pompe a chaleur vraiment que du pur bonheur, merci au propriétaires qui sont vraiment gentil et attentif, des gens sérieux comme on aimerait en avoir plus souvent pour les locations, car certaines locations sont souvent non conforme...

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Tout était parfaitement conforme au descriptif. La maison est très agréable et les équipements sont plus que complets. Idéale aussi pour les enfants en bas âge car tout a été prévu sur place (lit, chaise, etc.) et la maison et les extérieurs sont sécurisés. Des vacances au top

Nous avons passe un tres bon séjour, la location correspondait tout a fait a la description faite et aux photos du site, nous avons trouve en arrivant une maison propre et decore avec gout equipe avec tout ce dont une famille peut avoir besoin tout est fait pour le confort et la detente de chacun, la situation de celle ci est parfaite proche de la mer et des commerces dans une residence au calme proche d un parc accrobranche et d un poney club. a recommander !!!
