Der perfekte Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Sie hat uns sogar die leckersten Feigen geschenkt. Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöner Garten mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Zentrum ist in der Nähe und in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Diese Ferienwohnung kann ich sicher weiterempfehlen.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Agropoli at this property. The view and location are amazing and we were very happy and comfortable. We spent most of our time on the balcony off the living room enjoying the view and breeze. We enjoy cooking and made several meals in the kitchen. The trentova beach nearby is beautiful and the town of Agropoli is charming and filled with shops, cafes, and restaurants. We parked our rental car on the street near the flat and had no problems. The apartment is totally self catering and we did not know this ahead of time. For example there was no soap in the property, not even coffee, olive oil, salt or a sponge in the kitchen. Cooking tools, plates and utensils were available, just no consumables. It was disappointing to arrive and use the toilet and find no soap to wash hands. Just arrive with your basics, if not there is supermarket about 7 mins walk from the flat to buy what you need. And we were asked to pay cash to "rent" towels, bed linens, gas and electricity usage. Wish this was disclosed beforehand so we could prepare. Set your expectations accordingly.

Schöne Aussicht - praktische Wohnung

Silvana ist sehr hilfsbereit und sorgt dafür, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen in Agropoli. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und praktisch eingerichtet, Betten sind gut. Hübscher Garten und kleiner Balkon mit Sicht über den Hafen von Agropoli. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar (ca. 10 min. ein paar Treppen inklusive). Zum Strand sind es 15 Fussminuten.

Casa panoramica tra centro città e mare

Certamente chi soggiornerà a Casa Annina porterà con sé il ricordo del meraviglioso panorama e dei colori e dei profumi dello spazioso giardino annesso alla casa, contento di averla scelta per la propria vacanza. La posizione, panoramicissima, risulta strategica non solo per la tranquillità del luogo, ma anche per la vicinanza al centro e al mare, facilmente e rapidamente raggiungibili anche a piedi, se di ritorno non ci si lascia spaventare dalla scaletta di accesso alla casa o dalla strada in salita, ben affrontate anche dagli ospiti più anziani. Anche la casa è accogliente, spaziosa e ben articolata, pulita, ben arredata ed equipaggiata pressoché di tutto: rispondente per lo più alla descrizione online e della proprietaria, la cordiale e cortese signora Silvana. Il nostro soggiorno è durato solo una settimana, ma con piacere l'avremmo prolungato, sentendoci subito "a casa"... Se dovessimo tornare in vacanza ad Agropoli, certamente "Casa Annina" sarà di nuovo la nostra meta, perciò la consigliamo a chi voglia trascorrere una vacanza nel Cilento. Da lì tra l'altro è stato facile raggiungere altre mete turistiche (Palinuro, Castellabate, Amalfi, Acciaroli) e culturali (Paestum, Velia) anche con il trasporto pubblico sia via terra sia via mare.

Consigliatissima per tutti.

Siamo partiti in 6, tutti ragazzi, la casa si trova in una zona centralissima, con vista mare. La proprietaria, la signora Silvana, è stata gentilissima già dalla prima mail, di persona anche di più, disponibile e premurosa. La casa è come la si vede nelle foto, ampia, con una vista sul mare da lasciare il fiato, a 10 minuti dal centro, a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia, praticamente non abbiamo preso quasi mai le auto; pulita, ben tenuta e attrezzata. Il mare lo abbiamo trovato ogni giorno pulito e trasparente, bandiera blu da anni ormai, non avevamo dubbi al riguardo, e, a detta di uno di noi, anche meglio di quello della Sardegna, praticamente un paradiso, non esagero. Consigliato vivamente da tutti noi, che, sicuramente, ci ritorneremo. Un grazie alla signora Silvana per aver messo una casa come quella a disposizione!
