ideally located, large studio / F1 (32 m2) on the ground floor "feet in the water", southwest exposure, 15 meters from the beaches and the seaside promenade, interior designed by decorator, close to shops and amenities , 700 meters from the city center, 10 minutes on foot from the Côte d'Azur racecourse, 10 minutes on foot from the SNCF train station, bus stop and blue bike station right outside the building, garage closed under -ground.
Very nice bright studio, very recently renovated:

It was great, uncomplicated and sympathetic

The apartment ist cozy, clean and has a perfect location right next to the sea. Karoline is a very sympathetic person and I will book my next stay for sure again at this apartment. Thanks for everything

très beau petit studio ...

Voici 2 années de suite que mes 2 enfants , femme et moi allons dans ce studio .. Nous trouvons qu'il est top , bien situé , bien éclairé , facile d'accès .. la plage juste en face a proximité des commerces , un garage privé juste en dessous du studio facile pour la voiture et accessoires de mer , le top .. le tout bien décoré et a un prix raisonnable pour un studio plein pied face mer .. nous y allons a chaque fois un peu plus que 2 semaines et la vie a 4 est bien vivable avec un minimum d'organisation .. la proprio est bien sympa et a l'écoute des locataires .. je vous recommande ce studio pour passer de bonnes vacances ... bien a vous Famille Romedenne / Bondar
