Hidden gem in leafy Neuilly

Beautiful & upmarket neighbourhood only 4 km's from Paris centre. Located close to the Seine riverfront with lovely walks. The apartment is comfortable, welcoming and spacious with a great terrace. The host, Chantal, is charming. Look forward to returning!

Charming apartment!

A charming apartment with a charming hostess! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chantal's apartment. Her warm and personable welcome started off our visit on a high note. The apartment suited our needs perfectly: comfortable bed, kitchen with all the appliances one could need (dishwasher, oven, stove top, coffee machine), full bathroom, closet space, plus a large living room area with a terrace. The days we had sun (in November) were quite welcome as the sun filled the apartment. I'm sure the use of the terrace in the Spring/Summer would be wonderful. The building is well maintained and very safe, with an elevator. The location was also very convenient. There's a bus stop right in front which can take you to the Eiffel Tower in 45 minutes. There is also a metro stop about a 10 minute walk away which can take you into the center of Paris very quickly. I would definitely ask to stay here again for my next visit to Paris!

This apartment is on a lovely quiet tree lined street in a very residential area of Neuilly. Bus stops just across the street were very convenient for traveling into Paris. The apartment had a very lovely balcony, with lots of plants. However, this apartment is the residence of the owner, so was more cluttered, and lived in, than some rental properties. The owner was gracious, although communication wasn't easy, as I don't speak French, and her English was limited. I was without internet for 5 of the 9 days that I was renting. After several days it was discovered to be a systems problem in the basement of the apartment building, and not something the owner could fix, although she was very sympathetic, sending a friend the second evening, to see if he could fix the issue. But it meant that I could not use the internet for any phone calls, which then became an added expense for me. Again, this was not the owners fault. but it was very inconvenient.

Bonjour Janet, Je suis encore navree de la panne internet generale au reseau Orange. Elle est arrivee durant un long pont avec l ompossibilité de faire venir un technicien. Vous me dites trouver l appartrment encombŕe. C est ici mon appartement avec es collections et les livres . Il faut sinon aller à l hotel ou trouver des locations Airbnb non habitées. / qui ne soirnt pas des residences principales ) seules autorisees dans les grandes villes). Bien à vous

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wundervoll.Die wohnung selbst sieht um weiten nicht so sauber aus wie auf den Bildern.Zudem ist die Wohnung von der Ausstattung her älter.Wir haben uns deswegen nicht sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung.Auch wenn die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber waren,aber die Wohnung selbst war nicht sauber.Die Vermieterin bewohnt die Wohnung selber.Das war unser erstes Mal in einer Privatwohnung.Wie ziehen jede Wohnung die gewerblich vermietet wird und gereinigt übergeben wird so einer Vermietung vor.Das war unser erstes und letztes Mal.Zum erkunden von Paris ist Neuilly ein wunderbarer Stadtteil. Die Vermieterin ist ein sehr nette ältere Dame die uns freundlich empfangen hat und uns Wein Brot und Kuchen bereitstellte.Die Kommunikation war schwierig aber möglich.

c'était votre premier séjour chez un particulier. Aussi avez vous été surpris. Un appartement privé n est pas un hôtel !!! vous êtes charmants. je ne pouvais deviner que vous seriez déçus. Important : toujours prévenir que vous veniez veniez avec un très gros chien; en restant seul; il s'est trouvé triste . il a donc beaucoup aboyé durant votre absence et ..... l immeuble tout entier s'en est plaint !!! personnellement vous avez là un très beau berger allemand, un excellent chien de garde !!

Nous y sommes venus pour une intervention chirurgicale. Chantal a été très arrangeante et compréhensive pour notre organisation de départ qui n’était pas simple. Nous venions à Paris pour le mariage de notre fille et grâce à Chantal nous étions tout près d'elle pour le grand jour ! Nous allons revenir souvent ayant deux de nos enfants à Paris. Spacieux, totalement équipé, plein de charme sur boulevard Victor Hugo à deux pas de Paris Porte Maillot. Taxi, bus, métro et possibilité de garage.
Vous trouverez ci après le descriptif de notre appartement privé décoré avec soin que nous louons de temps à autres. Exactement face à l'hôpital américain. Avec au pied station de taxi 7/7 et bus vers les Invalides ou Tour Eiffel. A deux pas de Paris Porte Maillot, 60 m2 dans immeuble de standing, Gardien. Exposé plein sud donnant sur la large avenue plantée d'arbres du boulevard Victor Hugo.
Composé d'un living spacieux donnant sur une petite terrasse, équipé avec canapé lit Chambre avec un lit en 160 neuf et très confortable. Placard de rangement. Petite cuisine américaine. Totalement équipé, linge de maison, machine à laver etc.
Connexion WIFI, Fibre TV écran plat.
Possibilité d'obtenir garage, femme de ménage, garde pour enfants.
Prix 140 euros + 35 ménage. Caution 300 euros rendus en fin de séjour après l'état des lieux. Réservation 300 euros
