House with Wifi, fully fenced, close to shops, beaches, pond and small port renowned for its oysters and mussels. Possibility to bring the car into the garden. You can visit around many sites such as the Marais Poitevins, the bird reserve, the famous Puy du Fou, the Zoo Mervent, the nature reserve of Saint Denis du Payré etc.
The house has a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, relax, barbecue.
Living room with kitchen: stove, oven, microwave-refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, kettle ..., sitting area with sofa bed, TV, radio / CD player, books. A room with bed 140 cm (2 beds), shower room, washing machine.
Animals are accepted and will be safe in the walled garden.

La location est bien équipée, mais le matériel est ancien. Il n'y a pas de moustiquaire, et le logement est envahi par les mouches. La route principale est un peu bruyante. Pour le reste R.A.S.

Zeer proper, aangenaam en rustig verblijf! Ruim genoeg voor 2pers en 2 honden. Zeer vriendelijke verhuurster. Alles is aanwezig in het huisje, winkel dichtbij maar klein beetje ver van de zee.
