Villa with swimming pool and its adjoining pavilion, quiet and not overlooked, 6 km from the sea and 1 km from the village of Saint Paul and La Colle sur loup. Swimming pool redone in 2018 secured with fence and alarm, private petanque ground.
The wooded grounds are fenced.

The adjoining pavilion is rented with the villa, which gives you a certain privacy if you come to several families.

Wonderful holiday home – perfect for our family gathering

We stayed here with six adults and three children for a family get-together and felt completely at home. The house is beautifully furnished, with clean and comfortable rooms. We especially loved the great view and the fantastic pool, which everyone enjoyed. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxing. Check-in was completely hassle-free, and communication with the hosts was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we were very happy and would gladly come back anytime. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a rustic get away with French charm you’ve found your villa. The pool is just the icing on the cake. There are AC’s in each bedroom, the living areas are large and airy and the kitchen well equipped. This is not a modern villa so if that’s your preference then maybe it’s not for you. The walk into town is about 30 mins and there are lots of art shops and restaurants it’s hilly so you may want to allow extra time!

We stayed for 2 weeks in June/July 2025 very comfortably. Our group consisted of eight adults and three children aged 1-8years.The pool and grounds were excellent, the kitchen was well equipped and the living room was spacious.Air conditioning in bedrooms was very welcome. Any small niggles were quickly sorted out by Pascal who was easy to contact and responsive. We will be booking again.

Lovely Villa in great location with a superb pool

Really nice Villa and very helpful owner. Well appointed and good facilities. Pool is lovely. Sun all day to the front of the Villa. Only very slight down side is that there wasn't any AC in the living area. Bedrooms were great and AC worked well. Bit warm in the living area. Recommended as a great place to stay.

Fantastic and authentic Côte d’Azur experience

We stayed for one week at this amazing place and villa located in utmost beautiful surroundings close to ancient towns, Nice and Côte d’Azur nearby. We were a family who absolutely enjoyed everything about the villa. It has plenty of space to be together, yet also separate to each bathroom/bedrooms if when needed. The pitside was atmosphere was natural, open and with amazing views. The villa also has a beautiful swimming pool placed in absolute sun for full utilization throughout the stay. We would highly recommend and if/when possible we will definitely return.

September sun … & rugby

Long time in planning … in town for rugby and late summer sun. Relaxing two weeks … pleasantly surprised with La Colle & much to visit nearby. Pascal easily contactable & very helpful … with a few problems - faulty dishwashers & lock. Pleasant property… though in general all a little tired & scruffy around the edges.

Lovely villa for a family holiday

The villa was great for our extended family group (6 adults, 3 children) - plenty of space indoors and out. We spent most of our time outdoors: in the pool, sitting on the spacious terrace, playing petanque, and having BBQs each night. The hillside view from the pool is lovely! Pascal was a good host and quick to respond to any questions and resolve any issues. Location is great and very easily accessible from Nice airport. You can walk to La Colle sur Loup to the boulangerie in the morning, or for dinner in the evening. By car there are lots of interesting towns and sites around. We particularly enjoyed Vence and Tourettes sur Loup, and some of the museums and galleries nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed

We are a family of 10 - 6 adults and 4 children 5,7,9 and 11 we had a fantastic time, large house , great pool. We stayed in the house for 2 weeks. However the description of the amenities are misleading - the air conditioning is only in 2 bedrooms, and there was no on-site housekeeper so we had to wash all indoor towels and bed linens ourselves but the clothes airer outside wasn’t clean or fit to hang large items on it. But apart from the above everything else was really good, we had a great time and we were very glad we found the house on the HomeAway site.

We spent 2 weeks in July at the villa, 9 of us. We were greeted by Etienne who showed us around and gave his number to contact if any issues. The villa is rustic and charming, has everything you need. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was perfect.The terrace and pool were great, with a terrific view of La Colle sur Loup. There was some stormy weather and the pool was full of debris from trees and changed colour, i mentioned to Etienne and Pascal and he got a pool guy to sort it immediately. Walking to La Colle sur Loup and St Paul de Vence took 10-15mins, quite hilly but good exercise. They are lovely villages with nice shops and restaurants. The supermarché is just 5mins frive away.We would recommend this villa, it's in an excellent location, handy for the beach, the hills and the airport. Pascal is a great host. We would return here in future.

Das Haus war toll für unsere Gruppe (6 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder). Wir hatten viel Platz und es war alles da, was man braucht. Vor allem der Pool und die Terrasse waren super. Pascal ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber!

Rummelig villa i gåafstand til 2 charmerende byer

Vi var 8 voksne og 2 babyer - 3 generationer. Huset var praktisk i provencalsk stil og god plads både inde og ude til 10 personer. Dejligt lukket poolområde med 8 solsenge. Det er hårdt men muligt at gå med klapvogn til Saint Paul de Vence på ca. en time og det tager ca 30 min. at gå med klapvogn til La Colle sur Loop hvor der er en super god bager og flere restauranter.

Lovely villa, great location

We really liked this villa. Spacious, slightly quirky in a good way, fab pool and garden. It was in a lovely village below the medieval village of St Paul de Vence and both were a walkable distance so great for restaurants. Not far to Nice either. Good comms with the owner too. Would recommend.

Nous avons apprécié la maison parfaite pour une famille de 10/12 personnes. La piscine est très pratique et sécurisée. La maison est bien équipée et idéalement placée dans l arrière pays à proximité de St. Paul de Vence. Tres bon contact avec le propriétaire.

Skønt feriehus

Det perfekte feriehus til både voksne og børn (fra 4 til 18 år). Dejlige rummeligs værelser med aircondition, flere badeværelser og toiletter samt annex, som var pefekt til teenagebørn eller enkelt par. fantastisk pool for både store og små med skøn udsigt og god sikkerhed for børn med både hegn og poolalarm. Altid hurtigt svar fra værten og Meget imødekommende modtagelse på stedet. Dejligt meget plads overalt og især dejligt med god plads i køkkenet til mange mennesker. 2 Store køleskabe, vaskemaskine og tumbler var også dejligt at have til rådighed. Skønt med overdækket terrasse, så alle kunne finde skygge i de varme timer. Helt ny Weber-grill, autentiske petanque-bane og -kugler til rådighed. Eneste minus er den meget stejle stigning op til Saint-Paul de Vence, hvor klapvogne og familiens ældste måtte give op og tage bilen -vi havde håbet på at kunne gå derop og lade bilen stå. Vores anbefalinger herfra.

Magnifique villa pour réunions de famille

Villa parfaitement meublée avec de hauts plafonds dans le salon. Belle grande cuisine. Tout le monde était excité et tout le monde était dans la piscine malgré la saison ;-)

Großzüger Charme der 80er

Das Anwesen besticht sehr durch seine Großzügigkeit und den wundervollen Blick und den sehr schönen Pool. Man könnte etwas mehr Liebe in die Pflege des Gartens und die Sauberkeit des Hauses stecken. Sämtliche Sanitäre Einrichtungen samt Küche sind jedoch im 1980er Originalzustand und bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung.

Bezüglich der sanitären Einrichtungen sind wir Ihrem Rat gefolgt und haben alle Badmöbel sowie die Armaturen erneuert. Superbe vaste maison adaptée aux familles avec une piscine au top et une très grande cuisine (mais très vieillissante) qui permet à chacun de mettre la main à la pâte sans se gêner malheureusement cette maison est vieillissante et nécessiterait un sérieux relooking et une révision complète des sanitaires (douches, robinetterie, lavabos) Le ménage laisse à désirer, la maison nécessiterait un nettoyage de fond en combles surtout les sols, poussières, dessous les lits, les meubles…. Malgré tout nous avons passé un super séjour

Agréable séjour
