About this property

Beautiful property at the foot of St Paul de Vence, 2 houses 11p.Park with large swimming pool.

Ideally located, quiet, between the villages of Saint Paul de Vence and La Colle sur Loup, the house can accommodate up to 11 people.
A 3700m2 park, private and locked parking, a large swimming pool (14m * 6.5m), WIFI and games for children are available to guests.
The house consists of
- 4 comfortable and nicely decorated bedrooms with their private terrace, their shower room or bathroom, and WC,
_ and a small independent house with living room, kitchen, double bedroom, shower room with WC and terrace.
A BBQ on one of the terraces is available.
Garden chairs, tables and deckchairs as well as parasols are provided on the terraces and around the swimming pool.
The linen is provided
The cleaning (in the middle of the stay if 2 weeks), and the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool are planned and included in the price.

A peaceful haven with all needs catered for

This is a breathtakingly lovely property with an enormous amount of space. Two families of four stayed together, with everyone having plenty of peace and privacy. The house is very well equipped and the outdoor areas are just stunning. However lovely you think the property is on the pictures, it's even more beautiful in reality. Just a short walk from La Colle sur Loup and only a mile from St Paul de Vence, it is in a great location. We had a lovely day trip to Villefrance our Mer and visited Cagnes sur Mer a couple of times. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and really made the place feel welcoming. What a dream holiday. Thank you so much Beatrice and family.

Le bonheur...

... en famille dans cette grande et belle maison parfaitement équipée ! Le magnifique jardin clos, la piscine, la proximité de jolis villages alentour, l'accueil à notre arrivée et la gentillesse des propriétaires, tout était parfait. Nous y reviendrons !

Toller Pool, toller Garten, schöne Gegend

Garten und Pool riesig. Toll für die ganze Familie. Haus hatte französischen Charme. Für die Kids ein Paradies, besonders die vielen Räume. Die Erwachsenen hat die fehlende Klimaanlage bzw. die unerträgliche Hitze nachts gestört. Das Haus hat sich tagsüber sehr aufgeheizt und nachts war es dadurch sehr warm. Durch umliegende Teiche gab es sehr viele Mücken. Es gab mehrere Küchen und Kühlschränke, wir haben uns das Beste Geschirr und Besteck zusammengesucht. Die Küche war bei der Ankunft (Besteck, Geschirr, etc.) nicht sehr sauber. Da müsste vom Vermieter darauf geachtet werden, dass es sauberer ist. Ärgerlich war, dass die Kaution 3000 Euro beträgt (Wohnungsübergabe war dann auch penibel seitens Vermieter) und erst 17 Tage nach Heimkehr wieder auf dem Konto ist! Ansonsten schöne Gegend, aber in den Ferien sehr voll.

Superbe

La maison est confortable et bien décorée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La piscine est grande et peut accueillir plusieurs familles. Le coin est calme, et très paisible. Le jardin très bien entretenu est grand et plein de jeux sont prévus pour les enfants. Très agréable et bon rapport qualité prix Je recommande
