5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Property with GOLF CART w/ wagon! Pool Access, Kayaks, Fully Stocked, Beautifully Decorated. Clean and quiet condo (no one above or below you) with great marsh views- a 3 minute walk to the beach. But why walk- you have the use of a golf cart and can be at the beach in 3 minutes! Golf has a attachable cart to transport all of your beach items. There is a private outdoor shower with hot water under the steps, which we love! Quiet area and quiet duplex condo with great reviews

You will love the décor and the location. Quiet condo- no one is above you or below you! Recently remodeled with all new paint, light fixtures, new furniture, and two remodeled bathrooms!

INCLUDED IN PRICE!- Use of a golf cart with high-speed chip, wagon for golf cart to transport beach toys and chairs, 2 kayaks, linens towels (no beach towels), new gas grill, baby and kids items and toys. ALL YOU NEED IS YOUR CLOTHES, FOOD/STAPLES, BEACH TOWELS AND UMBRELLA/TENT. You can rent additional bicycles, beach chairs, and beach umbrella in Wild Dunes at 843-886-2171.

The villa is a three minute golf cart ride to the beach, and is located next to the Links Golf Course and across the street from the driving range and putting green. The restaurant, Huey’s Southern Eats Bar and Grill, is next to the condo in the Links Clubhouse and serves breakfast and lunch, and has a great outdoor seating area for meeting friends and enjoying cocktails.

The villa has an open floor plan with wide plank pine floors, and is beautifully decorated with the finest furnishings and classic décor. Both bathrooms were recently renovated with new tile, updated fixtures, mirrors, and new vanities.

BEDROOMS:
1) Master BR- King bed- wall-mounted television- full renovated bath with walk-in shower, ceiling fan and new bed linens. This bedroom has a beautiful marsh view.
2) Guest BR- 2 Queen beds- wall-mounted TV w/ build-in DVD player, ceiling fan, new bed linens, and a newly remodeled full bath with tub/shower combination.
3) Loft BR- 1 King bed- half bath- ceiling fan

Living Room- 2 sofas- with ottomans, recliner chair,- 47 inch TV w/HBO, Starz , HBO, Cinemax

Kitchen- new refrigerator with ice maker, stacked washer/dryer, a drip coffee pot AND Keurig coffee maker, microwave, blender, and toaster. The kitchen has been remodeled with extended granite counter top that seats 2.
Dining area has large glass-top table that seats 6.

Sunroom is directly off the living room and has two chairs, 6 ceiling-to-floor windows that overlook the marsh area (deer, egrets, herons, etc)- great area for reading and relaxing.

Front Porch- 3 chairs, paddle ceiling fan

Outdoors commons area has two round tables and eight chairs for groups to enjoy.

Extras provided: linens and towels, free WI-FI, Direct TV w/ HBO , STARZ and Cinemax, private outdoor shower with hot water, beach games/toys/ chairs, golf cart with wagon, and 2 kayaks.

Great Place for a Spring Golf Trip

The house was perfect for two couples coming to Wild Dunes for the two of us to golf and two to enjoy the beach, pool, and bikes. The interior is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The owner was exceptionally responsive when the gate made a mistake with our pass. We are hoping to stay at this house again next spring.

For 45 years I have been a public school principal in South Carolina and North Carolina. For the past eight years I have worked in 24 states as a school turnaround consultant with the University of Virginia and other educational institutions. Currently I live in Charlotte, North Carolina. My husband and I have 10 grandchildren who love coming to play at the condo, and who enjoy all the amenities that Wild Dunes has to offer.
We decorated the condo thinking it would be our full-time home, but we decided to remain in Charlotte and use the condo as our getaway retreat! The condo has the finest of everything for your enjoyment. You will love the decor, the great location, and all the amenities that come with the rental (golf cart, kayaks, etc.). We have many renters who come back year after year because they love the condo and the Charleston area.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have always loved the Charleston area, having grown up in South Carolina. We both visited the Charleston area and coastal area many times in our youth. My husband attended the Citadel and spent many fun times on the Isle of Palms during his college years. I grew up in Greenville and spent many happy summer months and Easter vacations around the Isle of Palms area.

The condo is newly decorated with granite counter tops, remodeled bathrooms, and new central heating and air. It is located in the gated resort community of Wild Dunes, and is 18 miles from downtown Charleston, and 10 minutes from Sullivan's Island and Mt. Pleasant. Many great restaurants are located on the Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Mt. Pleasant, and in the Charleston area.

What makes this property unique

Lots of 'extras'- golf cart, pools, kayaks, kids/ baby items, and beach toys. You need to bring only your clothes, food/staples, beach towels and beach umbrella/tent. Umbrellas, bikes and beach chairs can be rented in the resort.
