Neat apartment, great location

Having previously stayed at this property, I knew what to expect, although this time I was staying with my son too. Whilst small, there were never any issues with space and we had a very comfortable week. It was nice to see that the kitchen has had a new cooker and a fridge / freezer installed enabling the ability to have more frozen items kept. With the snow conditions less than perfect, we were unable to ski back to the apartment, but thats not a complaint. In good conditions, its a great selling point to be 'on the slope'. I look forwards to staying at this property again in future years.

Leider konnte die Vermieterin sich nicht mit uns verständigen. Deshalb keine Infos und auch keine Gästekarten erhalten. Lage war gut und ruhig.

A lot of extra unreasonable charges

The property location is great and for the price I thought it was a great deal. Until the owner charged me 20chf for linen per person, claiming that the listing indicated it (this was not in the listing and I never heard of having to pay for linen on stay rentals ever, but I payed nonetheless, even though I thought it was fishy that they wanted the payment in cash). Upon check out, we tidied up the place and cleaned - not that the studio was that clean when we checked in anyways. The rate for the stay included a 40€ fee for cleaning, but a week after check out, the owner still charged me an extra 30€ claiming the conditions we left were bad, which is a lie. Overall, I wish I just booked a slightly more expensive stay somewhere else, because the extra charges just made this stay more expensive than it’s worth. Not to mention the stress and horrible experience.

Hello, Sorry for the bad feeling and stress you had but it mentions severall times that bed linnen and bath towels are not provided. You can either bring your own or either rent it for 20chf/person/stay. We request for this extra payment in cash because the lady in charge of our apartment has to pay water+ electricity + time spent to wash and iron in her house. This is not free!!! We are not an hotel! For 40 CHF a night for 2 people, you were expecting free bed sheets, free towels, free cleaning? That is probably the reason why you left our apartment so dirty! Once again, thank you for our cleaning lady! Unrespectful people like you make her life more complicated!

Sehr schönes Appartement mit kleiner Küche, Bad und Balkon. Es ist alles sauber und fehlt an nichts. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.

Whilst small, this perfectly placed apartment was a lovely home from home.

I had the pleasure of spending a week in this apartment and whilst it is small, it is very homely and would be perfect for a couple. The kitchen is small, but had all the amenities I required, and of note was the convenience of a dishwasher. The bed in the lounge area was very comfortable and the view out of the window across the valley in the morning was stunning. Its proximity to the blue run back into Leysin made this a ski-in apartment as there was plenty of snow in the meadow, I was even fortunate enough to ski down to the lifts along the main road after some heavy snow! I look forward to returning to this apartment in future years.

Très belle semaine dans studio très fonctionnel et chaleureux

Nous sommes un couple avec 1 chien qui avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce joli studio très fonctionnel. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Le lit est très confortable. C'est très calme. Les voisins très sympathiques. Ce studio est très bien situé, près de remontées mécaniques, près des sentiers de balades, pas trop loin du centre de Leysin. On peut tout faire à pied depuis l'appartement. Harald et Valérie

Nice property but NEVER accommodate 4 people. It might be for 2 adults with small child.

This property is SMALL. There is matress for 3rd small child directly on the floor. The kitchen is tiny with not enough plugs. Either it be used for kettle or microves. Bath needs TLS as the parts of old stickers are inthe bath and are not comfortable to lye on them. Rest is OK. Location GREAT. Just a litlle TLS and change the amount of gests accommodate to 2 MAX with child on the matress on the floor

Très bon week-end passé à Leysin.

L'appartement fut très bien pour nous deux. Propre et comme indiqué dans la description. Pas de mauvaise surprise. Une belle vue. Une propriété très calme. Leysin est une petite station tres sympa avec pas mal de randonnées et d'activités. Pas le temps de s'ennuyer. Je recommande vivement!

Hi, we stayed in this apartment from 21 til 28 February! we had a great time! the location of the apartment is really nice, you can basically ski to the front door! If you plan on going to the bars prepare yourself for a walk. that the only downside of this apartment its a long way from the pub. the apartment itself is really nice and clean. It has a nice atmosphere that makes you feel right at home! I can recommend this apartment to everybody who doesn't want to go to the pub every night!

Un bel appartement en pleine montagne!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé nos vacances dans ce bel appartement à Leysin. L'appartement se trouve à un carrefour de chemins pour faire de l'escalade dans la montagne. Le lac Léman n'est pas loin et ça vaut le coup d'aller visiter Montreux, Lausanne etc. La vue de l'appartement est magnifique et nous avons beaucoup aprécié le balcon où nous avons pu bien profiter du soleil. L'équipement dans l'appartement est très complèt, on y trouve tout pour faire la cuisine etc. Bref, j'espère y revenir bientôt!

Studio tout à fait confor...

Studio tout à fait conforme au contenu de l'annonce. Vue magnifique et beaucoup de calme. Studio bien décoré et tout à fait aménagé. Propriétaire très agréable. Personne sur place (voisine) pour répondre aux questions ou dépanner. On ne peut que conseiller cette adresse aux couples souhaitant une semaine dans une station agréable, pas très loin du lac Léman.
