In the heart of London, just 500 meters from Westminster, apartment in a small building completely renovated in 2011, quiet location, apartment with every comfort, nice and new. Less than five minutes walk from the stations of the subway and Waterloo Lambeth. Less than five minute walk from Westminster Bridge, the London Eye, the parliament building, Westminster. Excellently connected by train, metro and bus.

You have to consider as unavailable on the day before a period you see already rented, I need to clean the apartment.

Perfect Location

We had three friends stay for 5 nights and it was the perfect size. The location was close to many attraction, easy to find, and in a very walkable area. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. The host checked in with our group throughout the stay, and was very accommodating!

Perfect spot and space for family!

Lower Marsh is the perfect for getting around London, but the street especially had a grocery store, great restaurants and bars, but was quiet by bedtime. The unit was perfect and had everything we needed for our 5 nights. WHEN we come to London next, we will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location

Everything is at your door step. The south bank is a great place to stay. Close to all London attractions. Only recommendation is that you have data on your phone as the wifi is not great.

Lower Marsh is a great area!

This flat in Lower Marsh was wonderful. There are two markets in the neighborhood. And there are several great places to eat. The apartment has a nice kitchen, a large bathroom (toilet), and plenty of room for clothes. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks!

The apartment is situated in the centre of London and many sites are located within walking distance. That makes it the perfect place to explore London.

Convenient, safe and perfect!

The flat is just as described, and the owner available by email when needed. My daughter and I loved the neighborhood and its convenience by foot or underground to central London. The flat was well equipped for eating in, and there was plenty of hot water in the nicely appointed bath. I would definitely stay again!

Little Gem in Waterloo

Excellent with fully equiped unit for a small family. Great location for tube, buses and even within walking distance.. Nearest Tube @Waterloo and Lambeth North. Enjoyed the Lower Marsh Market. Will come again

Wonderful apartment in great location!

We were in the apartment one week and we enjoyed it very much! It is small but really nice and comfortable for 2 - 4 person. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great: nice street, closed to good restaurants and coffee shops. You can walk to the city center, and bus and underground stations are just a couple of minutes away. We were very good informed by the owner, who was easy to reach and very helpful.

Great location

Lower Marsh area is wonderful and also the communication with Francesco. The apartment is very good for getting around London, a 15-minute walk from Big Ben for example. I consider that the cleanliness of the kitchen and the living room could be improved. In any case, we have spent some unforgettable days and we will possibly repeat.

Perfect for Us

Two adults, 5 nights. Excellent location! A short walk to a choice of two tube stations. Plenty of local restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores and some attractions. The flat is true to photos. Wifi and mini clothes washer worked well. Comfortable king bed. Note: no air-conditioning, up 2 flights of stairs. We had unexpected warm weather, the 2 fans provided did a good job. Loved it, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect stay

We were excited as soon as we saw the listing and as it turned out, it was just as described. The flat is the perfect size for two, with everything we needed - comfortable bed, well equipped bath and kitchen and a view of the delightful street below. Shopping was two blocks down and the best Thai restaurant we’ve ever eaten at was across the street. And it was very close to both the Lambeth North tube stop and Waterloo. Francesco responded to questions often within minutes. We’re delighted to recommend to anyone who doesn’t mind two flights of stairs. It was a treat.

Great flat in great location

We loved our stay in this flat. It was in a great location - easy walk to tube stations and some of the main attractions. The flat was exactly as promised and had all that we needed - comfortable beds (including the sofa bed according to my 19 year old), stocked kitchen, great towels in the bath and more. A few items in the kitchen weren't as clean as could be but nothing that was offensive. The mainly quiet street had some restaurants, cafes and markets. Some noise at night from pedestrians but nothing a sound machine/white noise app can't cover. The owner was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay but with all the information he provided beforehand, we really didn't need to reach out to him much during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfektes Quartier im Zentrum Londons in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße des Bahnhofs Waterloo, von wo aus man überall hinkommt. London Eye, Big Ben und Buckingham Palace sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr netter Gastgeber!

Mittendrin und unkompliziert

Sehr gute Lage in einer Fußgängerzone. Underground, Busse und Southbank mit London Eye liegen nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die nahe Eisenbahn ist zwar hörbar, stört aber nicht wirklich und trotz der vielen Lokale war es nachts recht ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet.

Emplacement idéal

L'appartement est bien équipé conforme à l'annonce et très bien situé près de la plupart des principaux sites d'intérêt. Nous avons presque tout fait à pied. Et la rue est vraiment très sympa et animée avec commerces restaurants et bars.

Amazing location, great amount of space!

For the price (or cheaper!) of a tiny hotel room, we loved this spacious flat for our family of 4! It’s so close to tube stations and the London Eye, on a less-crowded, picturesque side street, and has a washing machine! Note that it does not have air conditioning or fans if you are traveling in the heat of summer. The nearby subway is a bit loud/squeaky, so bring a sound machine if you want to block that noise. We LOVED our stay!
