Chalet El Deroch - Dolomites special offer for January

Baita “El Deroch” is located in Val di Fiemme, the ideal place to dip itself in the natural beauties of the Dolomites.
The property is located next to the Natural Park of Paneveggio, near the ski slopes of Bellamonte “Alpe Lusia”. It’s supplied of private road, parking place and a great private garden around the building.
The house is constituted by one apartment. The décor is traditional, with rustic furnishing and elegant decorative accessories. El Deroch has the fascination of the old mountain cottages with a great fireplace in the living room, keeping all the comfort of modern houses.
The terrace affords beautiful views of the snow-covered Lagorai tops and allows to sight red and roe deers leaving the woods in the silence of sunrise.
Domestic animals are accepted.
Two floors constitute the house. To the ground floor there are wide living room with fireplace and a well-furnished kitchen, a double bedroom and two bathrooms, one equipped with the washing machine. An original relax area in the sitting room with a double bed affords wonderful views of the fireplace.
The wide terrace, furnished with a table, chairs and deck chair can be reached directly from the sitting room.
To the upper floor there is another wide bedroom, with two double beds and a single one. There is another sitting room furnished with TV (Sky subscription is included), playstation and a big chessboard table.
A private sauna allows relaxing after a long skiing day.
