Von der Terrasse der Wohnung hat mein einen schönen Blick in den subtropischen Garten. Das ca. 400 Meter entfernte Meer am Fuße des Hügels sieht man nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Badezimmer mit Dusche, separates WC und uneinsehbare Aussendusche auf der Veranda. Türen vom Wohn-Essbereich und von der Küche auf die Veranda. Der sehr netter Gastgeber wohnt im selben Haus im oberen Stock. Das Haus ist über eine steile, unbefestigte Straße erreichbar. Parkplatz am Haus. Der sehr schöne Strand ist in 3-5 Gehminuten den Hügel runter erreichbar. Wir haben immer einen Schattenplatz gefunden. Am Strand gibt es einige Lokale.

Aufenthalt war angenehm. Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigtigte. Kueche, Wohnzimmer mit TV, Wlan, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Kinderzimmer mit Doppel und Eizelbett genuegend Schränke, Duschbad innen, sep. WC,Dusche im freien sowie Terasse mit Grill Möglichkeit. Einrichtug rustikal. Preis - Leistung wirklich gut. Empfehlenswert!

Leider können wir für die Unterkunft keine gute Bewertung abgeben, und können auch die guten Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen; auch wenn Herr Lubin nett ist.,so gleicht das jedoch einige erhebliche Punkte nicht aus.Das Hauptphoto mit dem die Unterkunft beworben wird (Wiese mit Pavillion und Blick aufs Meer über die Bucht), Untertitel „ Unterkunftsgelände“ hat mit der Realität vor Ort überhaupt nichts zu tun. Wir bezweifeln, dass dieses Foto jemals auf dem Gelände aufgenommen wurde. Hier ein „Phantasiebild“ einzustellen ist eine Täuschung. Herr Lubin auf das Bild angesprochen reagierte nur ausweichend mit Achselzucken. Die Ausstattung von Betten und Bettzeug ist wirklich sehr sehr schlecht. Die Moskitontze über den Betten sind viel zu klein und löchrig; d.h. wirkungslos.Die Wohnung ist nur oberflächlich geputzt, an vielen Stellen ist zu erkennen, dass hier schon sehr lange nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt wurde.Herr Lubin hat 2 Hunde, dies ist nirgends erwähnt.Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Lubin ist dadurch nochmals erschwert, da die Hunde ständig an einem herumschnuffeln und lecken.Zwei Tage vor unserer Abreise hat Herr Lubin das über der Ferienwohnung liegende „Studio“ vermietet. Dabei stellten wir fest, dass Abwasser aus der Toilettenspülung durch die Küche fließt, Herr Lubin hat ein paar Tücher um die undichte Stelle gelegt. Wir sind sicher nicht sehr anspruchsvoll (Camper) In Kenntniss der tatsächlichen Umstände hätten wir die Unterkunft nicht gebucht.

Nous avons été accueilli par Mr urbain, un monsieur très gentil, respectueux et souriant. Le cadre de cet espace de vie nous a été bénéfique car l’endroit est très reposant. Vacances vertes avec moustiques

En raison de divers éléments, fracture de la malléole et dengue, nous avons passé une très mauvaise semaine, entourés de moustiques. Pour nous, c étaient les dernières vacances en Guadeloupe. Nous avons beaucoup de mal à récupérer.
