STEPS TO BEACH #451..1st Floor..Dog Friendly..Pool Beach..Pickleball = FUN!

***Please be aware that a sewer re-lining project will be taking place at Loggerhead Cay from Oct 18-Nov 20. There will be workers and equipment in the courtyard and occasional water stoppage (toilets WILL be usable). Rates are discounted during this period***.
Welcome to SANIBEL LOGGERHEAD CAY 451!

Come enjoy our completely renovated ground-level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully equipped condo with no stairs. Wonderful views of the beautiful peaceful garden and a glimpse of the gulf from the lanai. Easily walk out the lanai of our first floor condo to the HEATED OLYMPIC size pool and Gulf Of Mexico to collect your shells.

This unit is PERFECT FOR COUPLES with a king bed in the master and a Twin and Queen bed in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living room suitable for children.

Our unit has an open floor plan with plenty of elbow room, in-room washer/dryer and a lovely screened-in lanai. We have smart TV's -with Netflix-in living room and both bedrooms and, of course, free high speed internet. Beach chairs (4), towels (4), umbrella (1), cooler and beach cart are available for our guests.

Fully stocked kitchen with air fryer/convection oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker and cold water, full size dishwasher, crockpot, blender, Keurig coffeemaker with both pods and drip capabilities.

We provide a “Starter kit” of 2 rolls of toilet paper, roll of paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher and laundry pods.

All guests will receive a email link to the GUEST PORTAL with all your rental information. You will also receive a text at check-in time on the day of arrival with the keyless entry code.

Loggerhead Cay is conveniently located on Sanibel's desirable East end! Hop on the bike path in front of the condominium or enjoy our heated pool, tennis court, 2 dedicated pickleball courts, barbecue grills and shuffleboard. We allow 1 small dog (25 pounds and under with NO EXCEPTIONS AS PER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION RULES) with permission and fee.

Please note: Loggerhead Cay does not allow smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes or electronic devices on lanai's, stairwells or public areas. Smoking is not allowed in the condo or a cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Smoking is allowed in the parking lots only. You must be a minimum of 25 years old (proof will be required at check in) to rent this condo.

This condo only accepts Saturday to Saturday rental, minimum 7 days.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Launder beach towels before departure as they are not a part of my linen program.
Upon departure, lock door then enter 4444 on keypad then ✔️
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1 dog under 25lbs with permission and fee. Condo association rule stipulate that certain aggressive breeds are not accepted regardless of age or size
All beach equipment must be brought back to unit every night. Beach towels must be washed and dried before check out
Excessive messes will result in additional cleaning fees to the guest. Owner discretion.

The property is absolutely wonderful and owned by great people. The internet disconnected in the middle of the night (accidentally unplugged by my daughter) and the owner contacted me the next morning making sure everything was alright with it. Definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

This was our 3rd time staying at the condo. We love the location and the comfort and style of the condo. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean and water level/temp is great, kitchen is beautiful and stocked, plenty of living space room, and easy to use washer & dryer. The lanai has a ceiling fan that helps for sitting outside. The pool is great and there is a sink & shower coming off of the beach to the condo complex. It’s quiet and family-friendly. Will definitely be back again!

Such a beautiful place …looks just like the picture! Everything is modern and up to date. We have a small West Highland Terrier and it was perfect & “easy” being on the first floor with our dog. Our 20 year old daughter loved her room and beautiful full size bathroom. Full size washer and dryer, and kitchen is stocked with pots/pans utensils, dishware, can opener, tea maker/water boiler and tea pitchers…games, puzzles and books!…beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels & beach cart!…just to name a few. Just steps to the pool and beach! Minutes from numerous restaurants. Management was amazing! The only problem was it was hard to leave and go back home!

This is our second stay at this condo property. We love the location, we love being on the first floor, and we love that we can bring our small dog with us. Don't forget to watch the sunset at Blind Pass!

Loggerhead Cay is perfectly situated on the East End of the Island, 2 miles from the historic lighthouse and very close to the causeway. We stay there often and take great care of our condo as it’s our vacation home too. We have everything you’ll need to enjoy a great relaxing holiday on Sanibel. We also accommodate small, well behaved, dogs.
