Appartement très bien pensé et aménagé idéalement pour ranger et profiter des espaces confortablement Équipements cuisine avec appareils à raclette et fondue / lave vaisselle … Immeuble positionné à 5 minutes du centre et de ses commerces et restaurants Local à ski au RDC de l’immeuble et déplacements directement en ski pour regagner les départs de pistes à 2 minutes Accueil et assistance si besoin d’information avec bienveillance des contacts (Matthieu) sur place Je recommande et vous pouvez louer l’appartement les yeux fermés avant de les ouvrir sur place pour profiter des vacances de rêve

Please pass to the owner: La prise électrique à côté de la cuisinière ne fonctionne pas. Les planches du plancher se soulèvent très mal par endroits.

Bel appartement très bien situé dans la station

Nous avons passé une belle semaine à 4 dans l'appartement, pendant les vacances scolaires. Très bonne situation dans la station, départ et retour skis aux pieds, et proche du centre. L'immeuble est assez mal insonorisé mais bien tenu. Les casiers à ski sont trop petits pour y laisser les chaussures de ski, ce qui est vite problématique lorsque les logements sont déjà exigus. L'appartement est bien décoré et fonctionnel, mais aurait sans doute été trop petit pour 5 personnes, le lit superposé du haut étant vraiment très étroit.

Bonne situation

Beau studio rénové, situation pratique comme un peu partout à Avoriaz, belle exposition ouest avec petit balcon. Même pour deux personnes adultes, c’est vraiment trop petit car une fois, le canapé- lit ouvert, on ne circule plus. Sans cette cabine rajouté de 3 lits superposés, ce serait parfait pour 2 personnes. L’aménagement est très cosy, la cuisine fonctionnelle, même si on ne peut pas trop juger, on n’a pris que le petit déjeuner. Idéal pour un couple, max un enfant.
