ideally located with a magnificent view of south and southwest corner facing the sea, apartment of 83 m2 located in the heart of the large resort of Le Touquet, opposite mini-golf and close to the city center.
A large living room, with TV and high speed internet access, an independent kitchen with combi oven, induction hob, dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a twin bedroom (side by side or independent), a sink in the largest room with a cupboard, the second bedroom with cupboard also contains a double bed 190 x140 and the third bedroom with bunk beds (children's room) this room is equipped with a large chest of drawers ... WC are independent. Storage cupboards in the entrance.

Il y a tout le matériel nécessaire dans la cuisine et tout l'équipement pour passer un agréable séjour à 5 personnes. C'est un appartement familial et les meubles ne sont effectivement pas du dernier design.

Lovely apartment with a fabulous view

The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect. The view of the beautiful beach is stunning. It is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Le Touquet with all it's lovely shops and restaurants. We loved sitting on the balcony. Three good size bedrooms and everything we needed for our week away. The owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful.

Schönes Appartement mit herrlichem Meerblick

Wir zum zweitenmal in diesem wundervollen großzügigem hellen und ruhigem Appartement in der ersten Reihe zum Meer und haben uns dort wieder rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig, das Meer direkt vor der Haustür und dazu nur wenige Meter zur Stadtmitte.Es hat an nichtsgefehlt, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.Wenn es die Zeit zulässt waren ir nich zum letzten mal da.

un combiné parfait

appartement très fonctionnel avec superbe vue sur la plage ( baie vitrée d'angle et grande lumière), très bonne literie, cuisine très bien équipée, décoration agréable et confortable. très proche également du centre ville avec commerces et restaurants. pour nous c'était parfait. seul le contact avec la conciergerie était moyen( d'où la note moyenne sur propreté, communication et arrivée) mais la propriétaire avec qui j'ai pu échanger avant et après a été pro, aimable et efficace. on est ravis.

Location très lumineuse bien située : à 10 mn du centre, des commerces, de la rue piétonne St Jean à 5 mn de la plage et du départ d'une belle promenade sur la dune en zone verte et à 10 mn de la zone blanche des parkings Appartement spacieux conforme aux photos de ce site très bien équipé notamment équipement de la cuisine et bonne literie Et en plus si le temps le permet nous assistons à de magnifique coucher de soleil Très bon contact avec la propriétaire Nous reviendrons certainement avec plaisir

Perfekte Lage in einem tollen Ort

Die Wohnung liegt optimal in Le Touquet mit einem grandiosen Blick über den Strand. Das Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants ist fußläufig problemlos erreichbar. Wenige Meter entfernt ist ein großer Parkplatz, auf dem eigentlich immer Platz ist (14 Euro/Woche). Ein (sehr guter) Bäcker ist wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung war für uns (5 Personen) ausreichend groß. Es war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist nicht mehr neu, was aber auf die meisten Gebäude in Le Touquet zutrifft. Die Wohnung liegt im 4 Stock. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Vermieterin war außerordentlich nett. Die Kommunikation war problemlos. Die Übergabe durch eine Agentur vor Ort ebenso. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung aber ist die Lage! Le Touquet ist ein wirklich schöner, touristisch geprägter, Ferienort. Deutlich angenehmer, als das benachbarte Boulogne (zu groß, zu laut), wo wir zunächst wohnen wollten. Man kann ausgiebige Strandspaziergänge machen, aber auch der Ort hat Einiges zu bieten. Insbesondere den Wochenmarkt sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Le Touquet ist ein wirklich toller Ort und auch die Wohnung kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Très bon séjour dans un logement en front de mer, confortable et fonctionnel, proche du centre ville avec un salon double exposition donnant sur la mer. Excellents contacts avec Béatrice et Sandrine. Logement vivement recommandé, nous n'attendons plus que d'y retourner.

What else

On ne peut pas rêver mieux. Entre la mer, les dunes et la rue St Jean cette vue vous ressource mieux que n'importe quel hotel de luxe. Le service est aux petits soins, le propriétaire très attentif. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, bien équipé et décoré avec soin. On ne pense qu'à y retourner.

Trés agréable séjour dans un appartement très lumineux avec vue impressionnante

Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables et l'appartement nous a bien plu : grand confort à tous les points de vue, très lumineux avec les grandes baies vitrées avec vue sur mer impressionnante. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Grandioser Meerblick und mehr ...

Das Appartement war wirklich sehr schön und relativ neu renoviert. Das Beste war der Meerblick, der sich aus dem Wohnzimmer heraus über zwei Fensterfronten öffnete. Alle Einrichtungen des Appartements waren wie beschrieben. Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe des Appartements gab es für 6€ pro Tag reichlich. Vom Appartement aus erreicht man in weniger als 5 Minuten das gemütliche Zentrum von LeTouquet. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Bien situé, superbe vue et fonctionnel

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au Touquet. L'appartement est confortable, très bien situé (à 3 rues de la Rue Saint-Jean), bien équipé (nous avons quand même regretté l'absence de four traditionnel) et bien insonorisé. L'accueil le premier jour et la remise des clés le dernier jour se sont faits sans problème. Bref, à recommander !

Merci pour votre agréable appréciation ! eh oui, le four nous a été vendu pour un "four multi fonctions" et malgré la notice nous n'avons jamais réussi qu'à le faire fonctionner en micro-ondes...d'où le petit four d'appoint que nous avons rajouté, placé an dessus de l'armoire du réfrigérateur, que l'on peut brancher quand on veut faire griller un poisson ou faire une cuisson traditionnelle... mais peut être ne l'avez vous pas remarqué ? Au plaisir de vous revoir dans notre appartement !
