La casa è situata in un piccolo borgo di case di villeggiatura, molto tranquillo e a pochi passi dal mare. Le strade strette e poco frequentate assicurano il relax necessario in vacanza. Distante 3 km dall’’affollata e rumorosa Scoglitti, può essere un buon punto di partenza per lunghe passeggiate a piedi e in bicicletta, percorrendo il lungomare. La zona è prevalentemente agricola con coltivazioni in serra e ancora qualche piccola serra si può trovare vicino alla casa che costituisce un isola felice nella calura estiva, con i suoi ampi spazi verdi

Il giardino, con prato all’inglese e piante mediterranee assicura sempre la vista frescura, anche nei giorni più caldi.
