Located on the heights of downtown Nîmes, in a pleasant and very quiet, your Provencal holiday home offers a beautiful pool with Roman bath surrounded by a landscaped garden of 1000 m².
The pool is shared with the owners very discreet, and there is no opposite on the neighbors.
Only 600 meters you will find bakers, butchers, greengrocer, takeaway pizza, newsagent, doctors, pharmacy, florist and hairdresser.
The historic city center is accessible 1. 9Km.
In summer, the city is celebrating every Thursday evening and animations take place in every corner.
You can also visit the world famous places like Roman monuments, the Arena, the Pont du Gard or cool off in the river 15 minutes from Mazet.

Een gezellig en goed uitgerust vakantiehuis op een prachtige locatie. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Bastien en zijn vrouw. Bastien was zeer toegankelijk en bescheiden. De communicatie verliep heel plezierig. Een heel mooi terras met een prachtig uitzicht. Het is een fijne locatie om Nîmes te bezoeken, een half uurtje lopend of in 10 minuten met de bus.

un endroit pour des vacances parfaites

charment petit Mazet largement suffisant pour 4 puisque la plupart du temps ont vie dehors . une grande chambre, une pièce de vie avec tout se qu'il faut, une piscine et un jardin très agréable plein d'oliviers . la situation est idéal , a 2 km du centre de Nîmes , au calme sur les hauteur . les proprio sont charmant , très dispo et discret . 15 jours de rêves pour des vacances reposantes .

Das Häuschen ist klein aber fein. Schön urtümlich und gemütlich. Der Pool ist toll und man hat ihn fast ausschließlich für sich. Wenn man Fragen hat oder Hilfe braucht, sind die Gastgeber stets zur Stelle. Eins noch zum Abschluss....Handtücher und Bettwäsche müssen mitgebracht oder extra bezahlt werden.

Un endroit où il fait bon vivre !

Ce mazet est petit mais très bien équipé , confortable, avec une jolie vue et aucun vis-à-vis. Le quartier est calme et les extérieurs sont très agréables avec une magnifique piscine et une jolie végétation. A proximité des commerces, du centre ville de Nîmes et des nombreuses activités sportives et culturelles de la région. De plus, les hôtes sont absolument charmants et très disponibles. Un lieu idéal pour des vacances réussies !

Petite Maison très confortable avec un extérieur très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances .Une belle piscine ,terrain de pétanque. Endroit très calme à 10mn du centre ville de nîmes. De belles visites à faire au alentours ,baignades dans le gardon . Les propriétaires très sympathiques,discrets ,les enfants adorables et un petit chien adorable. Location propre . Propriétaires à l'écoute et indiquant les bons endroits à visiter . De belles et agréables vacances !!! Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation .

Aujourd'hui plus qu'hier et bien moins que demain!

Ceci a été notre troisième séjour dans ce lieu. Nous n'avons pu que l'apprécier encore plus que les autres fois. Nous y avons passé quatre semaines qui furent un régal. Bastien et Karine sont ouverts et à l'écoute, et les enfants sont très agréables. Le nouveau-venu sera le petit plus. Et, bien sûr, la région dont le charme, la beauté et les buts de visite pléthoriques ne peuvent être que vanter! Cette location et sa situation sont à recommander vivement.

Vacances parfaites

Excellent séjour passé dans ce mazet: équipements parfaits,situation idéale pour des vacances en famille au calme tout en étant proches du centre ville (10min max en voiture). Propriétaires bienveillants, attentionnés, chaleureux et très discrets. Un vrai petit coin de paradis pour ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances typiquement provençales.

Aucun excuse pour l'éviter....

Nous avions été très satisfaits de notre précédent séjour; celui-ci n'a fait que confirmer notre avis. Un logement confortable, un site idyllique, une piscine de charme, des hôtes charmants et à l'écoute. Idéal pour qui recherche le calme, le repos et une foison de sites à explorer alentour. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller et recommander cette location.

A beautiful peaceful place to stay

Bastien and his wife were extremely kind and attentive hosts. The little house is secluded, quiet and conveniently situated within 5 mins drive of local food shops and also a bus which goes every 20 mins to the centre of Nimes. The lovely pool is shared with the family but in practice we had it to ourselves most of the day. The house is prettily furnished and comfortable and there is an extensive garden with beautiful flowers and trees. English visitors may be surprised by a couple of things including the lack of a kettle and the fact that we were charged extra for sheets and bathroom towels which apparently we were expected to have brought with us. It's also worth mentioning that the bedroom is in the roof space with low beams which would be very trying for anyone over average height. These are the only slight caveats on a delightful 2 week stay in a wonderful city with friendly hosts who made us very welcome.

You have from now on a kettle at disposal, very useful to drink the tea. It is true that in France cloths and bath towels are envisaged in the hotels, but in option in the rentals of vacancies. We propose to you cloths of quality to 8€ by bed and the large bath towels to 3€ by people for the whole of your stay. With the pleasure of accommodating you at the time of your next vacancies.
