A very beautiful and quiet place

We were a party of 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids) and have fully enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful place. The house is big, clean and very well equipped. The view / scenery from the garden and pool is simply amazing. The pool got cleaned each morning. Perfect service! The only thing we missed was a second sunshade at the pool. Maurizio is a great host. Whenever we had a question he replied very quickly and offered his help. Great house and great host!

Ich bin mir nach den Bewertungen der Gäste die vor uns da waren aber nicht sicher ob wir in dem gleichen Haus Urlaub gemacht haben. Wir hatten uns sehr auf den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus gefreut, es stimmt es ist sehr groß. Der Pool wurde fast täglich gereinigt und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden 1x wöchentlich ausgetauscht und waren wunderbar sauber. Aber leider mangelt es im Haus an vielen Ecken an Sauberkeit. Wir fanden viele alte Spinnweben mit totem und lebendem und überall krabbelnden Getier. In der Küche war der Backofen nicht zu gebrauchen, außer ich hätte ihn gründlich von den Fettresten sauber geschruppt, auch im Besteckkasten fanden sich tote Käfer. Der Fußboden, die Waschmaschine, die Küchenschränke hätten auch einmal eine gründliche Reinigung brauchen können. Ich hatte leider das Gefühl dass man das Haus so lässt, wie es die anderen Gäste verlassen haben. Ich denke für 150.-€ pro Tag kann man erwarten, dass die Hygiene passt, der Vermieter möchte seinen Urlaub auch nicht unter solchen Bedingungen verbringen.

Location calme, spacieuse et idéale pour famille

La location est vaste avec une piscine assez grande. Tous les commerces dans un rayon de 10 km. Vous pouvez à la fois profiter des paysages et si vous le souhaitez faire de superbes balades à vélo. Propriétaire très réactif. Je recommande.

Wir waren 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder von 12-17) und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und komfortabel und perfekt für 8 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, der Pool ist groß und super gewartet. Wir wurden sehr gut betreut und hatten immer einen direkten Ansprechpartner wenn es Fragen gab

Eine Oase der Ruhe…

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen und gepflegtem Haus in der traumhaften Landschaft der Toskana. Absolut ruhig gelegen, ein Ort zur Erholung. Super freundlicher Empfang durch den Eigentümer, der immer erreichbar und unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich ist. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, groß und geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Riesiger Pool (der täglich gereinigt wird) mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Perfekt ! Hauspersonal sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und stets gut gelaunt. Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es sehr gern weiter. Danke Maurizio, für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und die kleinen Gesten der Gastfreundschaft ( z.B. Extra Pool für unser kleines Mädchen). Wir würden gern eines Tages wieder kommen!

Beautiful country house

This house is in a superb location. Very peaceful and overlooking vines and woodland. Rooms are extremely spacious and kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of seating around the pool. Cantina at the end of the road. What more could you want!

Vacation in Tuscany

This was our third vacation at this wonderful villa. We love the views and the quiet and peaceful location. The villa is beautiful and the pool kept us cool as it was warm and sunny each day. The winery at the end of the street was nice as well. Everything went really well and we would like to return one day.

Endroit calme, serein et très agréable. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au calme de la campagne Toscane. Les gens qui nous ont accueilli, qui se sont occupés de la piscine tous les jours au matin sont très discrets et très gentils. La maison est équipée de 4 chambres avec une salle de bain pour chacune d'elles. Endroit à recommander pour les gens qui veulent se reposer et profiter d'une belle piscine au calme avec une vue imprenable sur la campagne Toscane. Merci Maurizio.

Grande propriété dans un environnement calme avec une vue magnifique vue sur les collines toscanes. L'équipement général de la villa est complet, nous (4 adultes et 4 enfants) n'avons maqué de rien. A noter l'excellent la proximité d'un vignoble chianti dont la qualité du vin nous a agréablement surpris. Propriétaire et personnel chargé de l'entretient disponible et d'une incroyable gentillesse. La piscine est grande et a fait le bonheur des enfants et des parents. J'y retournerai avec plaisir. je conseille cette location.
