Haus mit Panoramaterrasse

Das Haus liegt in einer wenig besiedelten schönen Landschaft, nur durch einen Feldweg vom Meer getrennt. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse. Sehr günstig als Stützpunkt für Ausflüge nach Palermo, Castellammare, Trapani, Segesta und das Naturschutz-Wandergebiet Zingaro. Schönes großes Schlafzimmer meerseits, die anderen beiden Zimmer sind sehr klein. Bei Problemen wurde uns von den Eigentümern bereitwillig und zeitnah geholfen.

Bellissima vacanza

La descrizione e le foto sono assolutamente fedeli a come si presenta la casa, fornita di tutto il necessario, molto pulita e con abbondante biancheria in dotazione. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Da menzionare il vicinato: Mariapia, Giuseppe e Maria, persone deliziose che ci hanno fornito indicazioni dettagliate sui molti luoghi da visitare e sull'ottimo cibo da provare. Dalla casa si osserva un panorama meraviglioso e il mare sottostante, benchè non fosse di facile accesso, merita la visita. Nelle vicinanze diverse cale e spiagge verso Scopello, servizi utili e supermercati verso Castellammare e luoghi di interesse facilmente raggiungibili tramite la comoda autostrada. Siamo stati molto bene, la casa era accogliente e la Sicilia è splendida!

Une très belle maison, tr...

Une très belle maison, très bien placée ( face à la mer ), au calme, très bien équipée, dans une belle pinède. Grâce aux deux terrasses, on a toujours de l'ombre et grâce aux ventilateurs des chambres, on ne souffre pas trop de la chaleur. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles au moindre souci.

Eccellente accoglienza e ...

Eccellente accoglienza e grande disponibilita dei proprietari. Magnifica vista sul mare. Dsiponibilita di posto per eccellenti barbecue. Finiture medie. Per completezza,per noi non e' stato un problema ma per bambini o anziani sarebbe bene specificare che l'accesso al mare avviene attraveso una scalinata un po lunga e in alcuni tratti non molto agevole. Il giudizio globale e' positivo!

"Logement calme en très bon état, propre, agréable et moderne. Très bien situé, avec vue sur la mer. Deux terrasses dont une ombragée toute la journée (très agréable l''été avec la chaleur). Bon accueil. Nous garderons avec nos 3 enfants un très bon souvenir de cette semaine de vacances."

"villetta a schiera posizione magnifica, a pochi minuti di discesa da una bellissima cala poco frequentata. Ambiente silenzioso e tranquillo, con la comodità di raggiungere Castellamare in pochi minuti d''auto. Finiture di medio livello, del tutto accettabili per una residenza di mare. I ventilatori della zona notte sono stati utilissimi per la calura del mese di luglio. Proprietari particolarmente gentili ed ospitali prontissimi a risolvere (2 ore!!) l''unico problema presentatosi. Assolutamente consigliabile, in particolare per lo splendido contesto."
