Villa Ulivi, 4 beds 900mt from the sea, reachable on foot. Two bedrooms, large kitchen / lounge, barbecue and outdoor shower, terrace and garden. Villa Ulivi can be reached from Castellammare del Golfo along the SS 187 towards Trapani, taking the exit for Scopello. Scopello is an evocative and picturesque place within the Gulf of Castellammare. it is a small village built around the baglio in the eighteenth century. At the bottom in the beautiful cove limited by the faragioni and the watchtowers, there is the tonnara, with beam and warehouses. After skirting the bay of guidaloca you reach the Villa which is 900 meters from the sea, immersed in the green of the olive grove you can savor the taste and smell of Sicily. The Zingaro Nature Reserve, an earthly paradise visited by countless tourists, is only 2 minutes away by car.

Beautiful location to relax

We enjoyed our four nights in the middle of an olive field. The peaceful silence and the scent of orange blossoms at the terrace were wonderful. The house was equipped with everything we needed.

La casetta è in un contesto molto piacevole, facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Andrebbe rinnovata negli arredi essendo parecchio datati ma nell’insieme pratica e comoda. Ia spiaggia della giudaloca non è raggiungibile a piedi, quantomeno con dei bambini e dista circa 2km dalla casa.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem gut gelegen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses vor allem der Küche ist zu einfach, außerdem wären bequemere Stühle in der Küche gut. An Regentagen ist es zu einfach.

Sehr schöner Urlaub !

Wir habrn den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Wir waren 10 Tsge dort und man verweilt dort in Abgeschiedenheit zu den Nachbarn und man fühlt sich trotzdem nicht alleine. Man kann dort sehr gut entspannen und die Umgebung versprüht einen Flair von tropischer Karibik :-) , wozu die umliegenden

Zwischen Olivenbäumen und Vogelgezwitscher

Nach unseren Ausflügen und Wanderungen sind wir gerne „nach Hause“ gekommen. Es ist dort sehr lauschig. Wer Katzen mag, ist dort richtig und manchmal besuchte uns auch ein Hund. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und genossen die Ruhe mit ländlichen Tiergeräuschen und den Ausblick auf die Berge. Der Vermieter empfing uns sehr freundlich und An - und Abreise waren unkompliziert.

Freundliches Haus an schöner Lage

Bellissima settimana nella sicilia occidentale!

La casa si trova in un contesto idilliaco. La posizione é strategica x visitare scopello e la riserva dello zingaro, ma anche san vito lo capo, macari , erice e le saline di trapani (distano tra i 45 e i 60 minuti). Unica nota negativa la casa è un po' calda sopratutto se come noi becchi la settimana di caldo africano. Ma a parte questo la consiglio assolutamente!

Grande terrasse cernée par les oliviers, logement suffisamment spacieux pour un famille de 4. Aucune climatisation et les tentatives de courants d'air n'ont pas fonctionné... Zona molto bella e cordialità del titolare

Ho soggiornato per una settimana con la mia famiglia in questa piccola casa e mi sono trovato molto bene. Immerso tra gli ulivi in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Arredamento e accessori base ma non manca assolutamente nulla. Francesco, il titolare ci ha aspettato fino alle 21 per il check-in perché abbiamo avuto un disguido con il noleggio dell' auto poi ci ha consigliato e prenotato un ristorante per cenare. Gentile e super disponibile. Molte grazie ancora Francesco è stato un piacere conoscerla. Ci rivedremo sicuramente.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt an diesem Ort.

Es war in jeder Hinsicht alles da, was wir für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchten. Vor allem haben wir die Ruhe genossen. Francesco Serina war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der nahegelegene Strand (Guidaloca) war für uns überraschend groß und schön.

The Villa we rented was in a lovely situation surrounded by olive trees, very quiet, just the sound of birds and the occasional tractor ploughing nearby. The villa itself was just what we wanted - simple, clean, nice bathroom, kitchen with everything we needed, and an outside barbecue. Francesco was there if we needed anything more.

Ein Ort, an dem man sich wohl fühlt

Ein ruhiger wunderschöner Ort inmitten von Olivenbäumen, mit einer Terrasse, die man am liebsten nie verlassen möchte. Herrlicher Ausblick auf die Berge und die Natur. Wir haben diesen Platz geliebt (auch unsere Kinder 13 und 15 Jahre alt). Man kann richtig entspannen, keine lauten Geräusche oder Krach. Das Haus ist völlig ausreichend, einfach eingerichtet und zweckmäßig, schöner großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Wir sind sehr gut mit Francesco klargekommen. Er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat auf unsere Wünsche immer prompt reagiert. Man kann bei ihm auch Bio Olivenöl und Rotwein aud eigener Herrstellung erwerben. Kann ich nur empfehlen!. Einziger Nachteil: das Meer ist Laufweg etwa 1,2km entfernt und man kann es nur über eine recht befahrene Serpentinenstrasse erreichen. Wenn man das Auto nehmen will, kommt man nicht an den Parkgebühren am Strand vorbei. Wir empfehlen zu laufen...es geht! Der Strand ist in der Hauptsaison recht voll mit vielen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen...wenn man es mag? Doch nette kleine Restaurants mit herrlichem Ausblick auf's Meer und Strand. Wir haben diesen Ort als sehr sehr angenehm empfunden und die Sizilianer als sehr gastfreundlich. Wir würden gern wiederkommen.

Häuschen unter Olivenbäumen

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Häuschen unter den Olivenbäumen. Die geschickte Verteilung weiterer kleiner Häuser auf dem Areal erweckte den Eindruck einer Alleinlage. Francesco ist ein herzlicher, hilfsbereiter und generöser Vermieter. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen, zumal die Lage für diverse Ausflüge (Palermo, Segesta, Trapani/Erice, San Vito lo Capo, Alcamo) ideal ist. Das Meer ist schnell erreichbar (mit dem Auto), die nahen Berge ebenfalls. Tolles Wandern. Beim nächsten Mal mieten wir für vier Erwachsene ggf. zwei Häuschen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist etwas kleiner, ideal für eine Familie mit Kids. Wir habe uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank Francesco!

Perfect setting for a relaxing holiday

The house is set in an olive grove immersed in a wonderful Mediterranean setting. The house corresponds to descriptions and is peaceful and quiet. Local "bar-patsticcieria" amazing for a typical Sicilian breakfast and for stocking up on beach food for lunch. Local beach Giudaloca has beers at 2 euros... life could not be better! Scopello and Castellammare offer great restaurants or if you fancy a cheap night in, the shop down the road has a great deli and the veggie shop next to it has wine on the tap which was simply divine. The location is great for reaching key tourist sites like Zingaro Natural Riserve, Scopello and Castellammare. We actually managed to do day trips to major archeological sites Segesta and Selinunte and southern cities Mazara del Vallo and Marsala. Trapani, Erice and San Vito lo Capo also within easy driving distance. Possible even a day trip to one of the Egadi Islands... So to conclude my summary... thank you Francesco we loved the house, the beautiful location and your hospitality..... Sicily is a wonderful place!
