Einfaches Appartment in schöner Lage

Das Appartment wurde uns sauber und unkompliziert übergeben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe waren verbindlich und verlässlich. Das Appartment ist sehr einfach eingerichtet, die Küche ist nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Der Blick auf den Parkplatz ist nicht der schönste, dafür ist man aber in 8 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Das Appartment liegt in der Anlage "il borgo".

Cute bungalow.. Clean.. Near too the sea.. And bars. A plus is the market around the corner.. You get everything you need! The owner is very friendly..if you have questions you get answers fast back!.. I nice place too be.. For sporty people and people who likes too chill.. We had a good time!

Gute Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Strand mit Windsurf- bzw. Kite-Verleih ist super. Der Vermieter antwortet bei Fragen sehr schnell. Aber es gab auch ein paar negative Punkte. Wir hätten gern gewusst, dass das Internet extra kostet und wir das vorher anmelden müssen. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist nett, spricht aber nur italienisch. (Wir hatten ein paar Problemchen, z. B. leeres Gas. Da war’s dann kompliziert.) Und von der Terrasse schaut man direkt auf den Parkplatz.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in wunderbarer Umgebung

Im September waren wir bereits zum zweiten mal in der Residenz Il Borgo in Porto Pollo. Das Appartment entsprach in jeder Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen und der Beschreibung und war super gepflegt und sauber. Die Nähe zum Strand und umliegenden Ausflugszielen ist unbezahlbar. Der Vermieter hat uns gut auf den Aufenthalt vorbereitet und Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet. Vor Ort hatten wir einen direkten, sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Ansprechpartner. Der Supermarkt in dem Deggendorf lag direkt um die Ecke. Kite- und Surfsfrand und Schulen sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ein Mietwagen für Erkundung der wundervollen Umgebung ist unerlässlich. Im naheliegenden Restaurant im Le Dine speist man vorzüglich, aber auch im Rosa dei Venti. Mit Palau und Santa Teresa du Gallura hat man nette Orte in näherer Umgebung. Das Maddalena Archipel ist ab Palau mit der Autofähre sehr schnell erreicht und sehenswert. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Decisamente carinissima

La descrizione dell'appartamento fatta sul sito e le relative foto corrispondono perfettamente a ciò che si è presentato davanti ai nostri occhi una volta arrivati (sembra una banalità ma non sempre succede). Lo abbiamo trovato grazioso, molto accogliente e pulitissimo ingredienti necessari per rendere la vacanza indimenticabile. Una freccia occorre spazzarla per il delizioso patio, che è particolarmente indicato per poter mangiare esternamente, magari usufruendo del barbecue. Noi essendo una coppia lo abbiamo vissuto veramente bene (ma l’appartamento è indicato anche per una famiglia di quattro persone). Nei dintorni si trovano oltre ad un market (50/100), anche diversi ristoranti. Il punto forte è la splendida spiaggia di Porto Pollo che dista solamente cinque minuti a piedi (ovviamente non mi dilungo sulla bellezza del mare e delle spettacolari spiagge che trovano nelle vicinanze). Detto quanto sopra una particolare menzione occorre farla al proprietario (Mauro), il quale, oltre ad essere stato una fonte inesauribile di info per tutte le situazioni è soprattutto una persona seria, disponibile, veloce nelle risposte ed affidabile con la quale si riesce a dialogare. Vacanza indimenticabile!!

La descrizione dell'appartamento fatta sul sito e le relative foto corrispondono perfettamente a ciò che abbiamo trovato sul luogo. L’alloggio è molto accogliente, e fornito di tutto il necessario per rendere comodo il soggiorno. Abbiamo trovato estremamente gradevole il patio esterno dove abbiamo cenato tutte le sere qualvolta utilizzando il barbeque. A pochi metri si trova un comodissimo market e la bellissima spiaggia di Porto Pollo è raggiungibile in cinque minuti a piedi. Ottimo per due persone ma comunque ben vivibile in quattro, è situato in un contesto piacevolmente tranquillo, quindi ideale anche per una famiglia. Per quanto detto lo consiglio vivamente se si desidera una rilassante vacanza. P.s. mare spettacolare e spiaggie incantevoli!!!

Ottima posizione

La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dallo spiaggione di Porto Pollo che offre uno scenario unico affacciato all'Arcipelago della Maddalena; l'appartamento è veramente accogliente, e abbiamo trovato molto gradevole il grande patio situato in una zona particolarmente tranquilla che ci ha consentito di sfruttare il barbeque e quindi gustare ottime cene a lume di candela. Minimarket a meno di 50 metri. La descrizione corrisponde pienamente a quanto trovato e il luogo è incantevole. Vivamente consigliato ... ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Fantastica vacanza

L'appartamento ė in buono stato ed è dotato di tutto il necessario per un gradevole soggiorno e corrisponde perfettamente a quanto descritto nell'inserzione. Pulito e accogliente. Le spiagge di Porto Pollo, raggiungibili a piedi, sono bellissime come lo sono tutte quelle dei dintorni. L'atmosfera delle nostre vacanze è stata quella che si vive in un ambiente di giovani coppie e di amanti degli sport del mare. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di come il proprietario ha organizzato prenotazione, arrivo, soggiorno e partenza. Consigliamo a tutti questo alloggio... Noi ci torneremo di sicuro
