Gorgeous place and Views

We have stayed at this resort 2x and have enjoyed the offerings both times. This unit is spacious with sleeping accommodations. All appliances were in working order and the views of the Gulf are amazing. We recommend this without hesitation. In addition, communication was seamless throughout our time there.

Adagio is a great condominium so we enjoyed our stay, but this condo needs more attention to detail from the owner and/or property manager.

Nice, but no beachfront

This property is a good fit for a family or multiple couples. It does sit on the beach, but on top of a cliff of sorts, so you have to carry things down many stairs to reach beach. Also, Adagio takes up the ENTIRE beachfront with its chairs/umbrellas (which we couldn't rent because they were sold out) so we had to take our things 1/4 mile down the beach for a spot that wasn't private. Not ideal at all. Washer and dryer are super old and don't work well at all. The check in process is smooth.

Love the location but the condo needs some work

We have stayed at this complex before, and it is wonderful, but this particular unit is just for renters, and nothing nice about it. Half the sectional was missing. The table has scratches all over it. The bedroom carpets need to be replaced. I rent my condo in Fort Myers Beach, and I would never allow it to look like this condo looked. It was clean, but you can tell the owner only cares about renting it.

Nice property, but problems

Adagio is great - loved being right on the beach and also having such nice pools. Condo is roomy; kitchen is very nice and well supplied. BUT condo is not well maintained. One toilet did not work; light bulbs out in several rooms, faucet in bathroom drips. Back bedrooms extremely dark and lighting bizarre so felt like being in a cave. Key pad didn't work and couldn't reach rental agency for a while so it was frustrating.

The suite

It was large. 2,200 SF. We thought it was nice but a little dated. It could use some upgrades to modernize it. Wasn't crazy about the fact that they almost force you to use rental umbrellas and chairs on the beach. They force you off to the side to use your own umbrellas and chairs. The price they charge for the rentals is extortion pricing.

Wonderful view!

We couldn't have been happier with this condo. The complex is lovely, and the view from our deck was perfect. We watched dolphins almost every morning. The unit itself was great - very quiet and private. Highly recommend!

Great Property terrible condo

This property is really nice with everything you need but the condo we stayed in is not nice at all. Appliances did not work Shower would not drain when showering. Had to fix toilets twice myself. Very dated and the WiFi went out the last day and night. We have stayed on this property before with a much more favorable experience. Much work needs to be done on this Condo.

I did not realize that I was going to charged 500.00 on top of the rental price for the Condo! I have used Vrbo for many years and have never paid a fee. I will do my own researcch .
