Ideally located, comfortable apartment for 4 people, in a pleasant residence (riverside, green spaces) with swimming pool, 300 m from the beach and the Fort de Socoa, close to Saint Jean de Luz and Hendaye, Spain and the mountains of the Basque country. Everything to discover! Enjoy a week or
more, or even a rental for a few days, the time of a getaway!
Rental from Saturday to Saturday from mid-July to the end of August
For a long term rental application (several months) ask the owner for the rate.

Apartamento en urbanización tranquila, bonita y bien situada

Urbanización muy bonita, limpia, tranquila y cercana a San Juan de Luz. Situada a pocos minutos en coche de Hendaya, donde puedes disfrutar de las olas y una amplia playa. Tienes un Lidl a un par de minutos. El apartamento es sencillo, decorado con gusto y tienes todo lo que necesitas para estar cómodo y también cocinar (cafetera, tostador, horno pequeño, olla express,...). La cama es cómoda, y el sofá cama, también (está nuevo y es fácil de montar). Para 3 personas está muy bien. Los armarios también son muy amplios, lo cual te permite tener todo bien recogido. Ideal para familias.

Apt tout confort, rien ne manque. Il est bien situé pour la visite du pays basque et tout proche de l’Espagne. La propriétaire Marie-Ange est très sympathique et très flexible sur les horaires de location. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Very nice and convenient apartment in Pays Basque

I had to visit family at Socoa, Pays Basque, in short notice. Marie-Ange was very helpful to help me book this location. It was perfectly located for me, very clean and well equipped, I had a wonderful stay. You can walk from there to the beach and Socoa Fort, or along the Untxin pathway to all groceries store. I highly recommend it.

-La remontée (via manivelle manuelle) du store étant difficile ,il a été conseillé à la vacancière de plutôt utiliser le rideau occulte de la fenêtre/coté salon. Ce problème sera néanmoins résolu prochainement. -Logement loué depuis 2007, en courte durée ou durée = ou >1 mois, via 2 sites annonceurs différents. Aucun vacancier n'a jamais signalé de bruit dans la chambre la nuit. Après vérification avec les services techniques et en présence de la Responsable de la résidence (Mer et Golf), ce n'est pas un bruit émanant de la pompe de la piscine N'a pas eu, elle non plus, de remontées d'autres vacanciers ou propriétaires occupant les appartements voisins.
