We rent a wonderful villa located in Villasimius, on the south-east coast of Sardinia, built on the top of a hill with great view of the mountain and the sea and large garden surrounding the villa for a perfect privacy for your holidays!
The house has a very large sitting room with fireplace and dining space with kitchen area, 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower.
Barbecue outside, external shower with hot water, open gallery for your evening drinks with romantic view and music stereo system!!

Ein Blick auf die Natur und das Meer zum verlieben!!!

Von der Buchung, über die Abholung am Treffpunkt, die Kommunikation während des Urlaub und der gesamte Aufenthalt war eine der besten Ferienhaus Erlebnisse überhaupt!

Bellissima!

The owners and the property could not have been any better. Very helpful with the details of the house and very responsive to texts the few times we had questions during our stay. The house has beautiful views and a nice breeze that cools everything down and keeps the bugs away. Just a little drive away from town center it’s a nice change of pace staying outside of Villasimius where it’s so peaceful and quiet and secluded. Thank you so much to our hosts and I hope to come back some day! Grazie mille!

Traumvilla in Traumlage

Die Villa Villasimius ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten. Die Lage ist einmalig und der Ausblick über die Hügel bis zum ca. 3 km entfernt gelegene Meer ist fantastisch. Das Haus ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es bietet bequem für 8 Erwachsene Platz. Das Haus verfügt über drei Bäder und eine Außendusche. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Außen gibt es die Möglichkeit zum Grillen. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren mit drei Generationen (von 15 bis 84 Jahren) dort – und alle waren begeistert. Das knapp 3 km entfernte Meer ist zu Fuß über wenig befahrene Schotterwege zu erreichen. Alternativ kann man natürlich das Auto nehmen. Weitere Traumstrände sind ca. 5 km entfernt. Durch den fast weißen Strand erscheint das Meer türkis und es ist sehr klar. Villasimius ist knapp 3 km entfernt, dort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, sowie Fisch- und Obstgeschäfte, Bäckereien, Metzgereien. Restaurants und Eisdielen sind zahlreich vorhanden. Sehr nett ist auch der Hafen angelegt, wo man z. B. Motorboote ausleihen kann. Elena und Andrea Mossa sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. So hatten Sie uns bei unserer Ankunft den Kühlschrank mit lokalen Getränken bestückt und alles für ein Frühstück besorgt.

PARFAIT !

Nous étions une famille de sept adultes et deux enfants. La villa a répondu à notre attente : spacieuse, sans vis-à-vis, très bien équipée, bien située, extrêmement propre et dans un environnement calme et naturel. Les plus : de petites attentions laissées par le propriétaire, la magnifique vue. Nous avons été de plus très bien accueilli. De l'avis unanime de notre famille : excellent ! A réserver sans aucune réserve. Merci encore aux propriétaires d'avoir contribué à la réussite de notre séjour en Sardaigne.

Amazing villa in a gorgeous setting!

This villa is a a real gem. Centrally located but in a quiet hill where you can enjoy the perfect evening away from the summer crowds. We had some amazing dinners on the porch, overlooking the sea and the gorgeous mountains. You could even hear the goats in the background, honestly such an amazing perfect location for both families or a romantic getaway! The house is fully furnished with everything you can think of. They also have a Nespresso machine and fresh juices/wine as a welcome gift. Andrea is a great host which made us feel welcome as soon as we got there. We tried some of the "Agriturismi" in the area and really enjoyed the local regional cuisine. They offer a great value set menu for 30€PP including wine and several courses (a very generous appetizer including cheeses, cured meat, grilled veggies etc), 2 different kinds of pastas which normally would be "culgirones" and sardenian gnocchi, slow-cooked local piglet (that was the best I've had, it seriously has so much flavor!!), salad, desserts. We recommend a couple of places: in Castadias, "S'aque Callenti" that has a beautiful unique rural setting and "Sa bigia" in Villasimius. Always call in advance if you want to make a reservation, especially because it takes about 3-4 hours for cooking the piglet. We tried many private beaches and I can honestly say that "Lido Tamatete" and "Maklas" are the best. The first one is best if you have kids, they have a playground as well and it's very kids friendly, well organized and unpretentious. The second one is definitely fancier and a bit on the higher end, the price is about double but you have a proper sun bed and amazing facilities, in a gorgeous setting, perfect for couples. We ended up calling a local family run restaurant for take-aways so we could enjoy some amazing quite dinners after a long day on the beach. You call them in the morning and they preparare the most amazing food for take away like sea food risotto, grilled sea-bream and many other Italian specialties for a very affordable price. Two families can eat for 50 euros, that's a bargain! The place is called "La casereccia" you can call 342 144 2530. For ice cream (including take-away) please look no further than "La Chiccheria" offering real gelato artigianale with a twist.

Was für ein toller Urlaub....

Dies ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem wunderbaren Blick über die Berge und das ca. 4 km entfernt gelegene Meer. Die Lage ist einmalig und der Ausblick von der oberen Terrasse pituresk (perfekt um einen kleinen Aperitiv zu nehmen). Das Haus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und bietet bequem für 8 Leute Platz. Die Küche läßt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt drei Bäder. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, am Außenkamin kann man grillen und die Abendstunden genießen. Wir waren mit drei kleineren Kindern dort (5,5,4) und für uns war es eine große Erleichterung, daß kein Pool vorhanden ist. So können die Eltern den Urlaub genießen und wissen ihre Kinder gefahrlos im Garten spielend. Wenn man baden möchte, fährt man sowieso zum Meer - das ist überall sauber und wie im Hochglanzfoto. Auf einer Wiese hinter dem Haus ist Fußballspielen möglich. Um das Haus herum kann man Spaziergänge machen. Das Meer in seinen mannigfaltigen Ansichten ist nicht weit, es gibt zahlreiche unterschiedliche Strände (zum Schnorcheln ebenso toll wie zum Schwimmen oder Planschen mit den Kindern). Der kleine Ort Villasimius bietet alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mindestens 10 Eisdielen und Restaurants in allen Preisniveaus. Einem gelungenen Urlaub steht nichts im Wege... Insgesamt ein absolut empfehlenswertes Haus mit sehr netten und immer hilfsbereiten Vermietern!

Soggiorno fantastico in una location spettacolare

Ho soggiornato presso questa villa due settimane ad Agosto 2014 (16-30/8). Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze con mia moglie e altre 3 coppie di amici (due con bambini piccoli). cercavamo una villa tranquilla, grande, con un bel giardino centrale ma fuori dai rumori del centro di villasimius. Decisamente quello che cercavamo insomma. La villa offre tutte le comodità del caso, molto comode le camere e i bagni, ristrutturatissimi, per non parlare del patio e della zona dinner con il barbecue, abbiamo trascorso delle ottime serate. Il proprietario di casa poi è stato sempre disponibile e gentile nell'ascoltare ed accogliere tutte le nostre richieste. Premuroso che trascorressimo una buona vacanza finanche nel sostituirci una lampada del giardino che si era fulminata. E' stata una delle vacanze più piacevoli e rilassanti degli ultimi anni, la consilgio a tutti. un pensierino per l'anno prossimo lo farò..
