Unforgettable holidays

We spent three wonderful weeks in Rosalba's house. The house is really excellent. It is quite spacious and cozy. It has almost everything you might need, but even if you can't find something, just ask Rosabla. Bedrooms have wardrobes and mosquito nets. Everything (including bathrooms) is meticulously clean and neat. The absolute gem of the house is big sea-faced terrace with BBQ, dinner place and a few sofas. It is nice place to have breakfast or to spend evening with a bottle of wine. Thanks to the plants around the site you feel privacy and don't see the neighbors. The location of the house is absolutely great. You need only fair 5 minutes to reach a wonderful sandy beach by foot. Even at the end of July the beach wasn't overcrowded. Our kid spent hours there and he was absolutely happy. The water was incredibly clear and warm during most of the days. We didn't spend a day without swimming. With a car you can easily reach Cagliari (~40 min), Elmas airport (~35-40 mins), supermarkets like Auchan or Carrefour (~30 min). Our recommendation is to visit Cagliari market where you can buy variety of fresh fruits and vegetables (better choice, price and quality than in supermarkets) and unbeatable sea products (fresh fish, oysters, etc.) Rosalba is a super host. Communication was fast and clear. She helped us to book local restaurants (since we don't speak Italian) and she was ready to resolve any problem and to answer any question. At the day of our arrival when our ferry was significantly delayed, she had been waiting us at night till 2 a.m., to make check-in and shortly show the house. Welcome cold wine and beer were very appreciated after long journey. During entire stay Rosalba was easily reachable online with messenger. We absolutely recommend the house and the place. We do hope to come back in future and spend another nice holidays there.

Der Gesamteindruck stimmt mit den Bewerrungen nicht überein.

Die Terrasse und die Nähe zum Sandstrand ( zu Fuss 5 Minuten) haben uns gefallen. Die Wohnung selber ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden. Die Küche müsste wieder einmal gründlich gereinigt werden. Die Klimaanlage darf laut Vermieterin nur Nachts eingeschaltet werden , uns hat sie die Klimaanlage 2 mal ausgeschaltet.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der bestens ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand mit unglaublich klarem Wasser, und die Aussicht ist einfach phantastisch. Rosalba hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

très belle maison

la propriétaire Rosalba était au petit soin pour nous même si il y avait la barrière de la langue. La maison était conforme à l'annonce, très propre , spacieuse, et merci pour toutes les boissons dans le frigo, immense terrasse très appréciable, mer à proximité, petit bémol commerces et restaurants à plusieurs dizaines de kilomètres. Nous recommandons cette location

Schöne Wohnung, phantastische Terrasse!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet mit 2 Bädern viel Komfort. An der Klimaanlage waren wir bei unserem Aufenthalt im Juni froh - wir hatten über 30 Grad tagsüber. Die Terrasse ist grandios - wir würden gern den Rest unseres Lebens die Abende auf den gelben Sofas verbringen:) Rosanna (spricht wirklich nur italienisch) ist sehr freundlich und auch Paolo (spricht einigermaßen englisch) war sehr hilfsbereit. Der Strand von Geremeas ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und viele weitere Strände sind in der Nähe (Auto). Ein Restaurant gibt es leider nicht in fußläufiger Entfernung; der notwendigste Bedarf an Lebensmitteln kann in der Nähe in einem kleinen Laden gedeckt werden.

Wunderschöner Ferienort

Die Lage der Wohnung und die Einrichtung sind perfekt. Ruhig (zumindest um diese Jahreszeit). Die Sicht von der Terrasse ist überwältigend und der Sandstrand in nur zwei Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Rosalba und Paolo haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren stets um unser Wohlempfinden besorgt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um diese Jahreszeit nur mit dem Auto möglich. Durchaus empfehlenswert!

Ferienhaus in Geremeas

Wir (Gruppe von 4 Personen) vergeben für das Ferienhaus 4 Sterne. Rosalba, die Vermieterin ist wirklich sehr nett und war immer um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste besorgt. Meiner Vorrednerin muss ich mich in sofern anschließen, als das Rosalba wirklich nur italienisch spricht. Dank Paolo (wohnt im Haus nebenan u. spricht englisch) und Marco (deutschsprachiger Besitzer der ansässigen Tauschule) war die Kommunikation mit Rosalba allerdings kein Problem. Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und der Blick von der großen Terrasse auf das Meer ist einfach nur super. Auf der Terrasse ist ein Grill vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit einem Geschirrspüler, einer Mikrowelle, einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierkombi und einem Gasherd ausgestattet. Genügend Geschirr und Besteck ist natürlich auch vorhanden. Entgegen der Beschreibung verfügt die Küche allerdings nicht über einen Backofen und einen Toaster. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, allerdings nur einen Fön. Alle drei Schlafzimmer sind mit einem großen Schrank, Nachttischen, einem Fernseher und sogar einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Internet ist nicht im Preis enthalten und muss daher bei Bedarf käuflich im Kiosk erworben werden (Preis liegt zwischen 10 und 30€ abhängig vom benötigten Internetvolumen). Innerhalb von fünf Minuten ist man zu Fuß an einem schönen Strand, wobei uns das Wasser etwas zu steinig war. Zu empfehlen ist auf jeden Fall die etwa 25 km entfernte Costa Rei und der Strand "Cala Pira". Wir möchten uns auf diesem Weg nochmals für den schönen Urlaub bedanken und würden das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall nochmal mieten.

Immer wieder sehr gern!!!

Wir würden gern 4,5 Sterne für die sehr schöne Wohnung/Haus vergeben. Rosalba, die sehr freundliche Vermieterin konnte leider nur italienisch, aber Paolo der "gute Hausgeist" hat gern die Übersetzung übernommen. Wir sind nun schon das 3. Mal auf Sardinien und haben hier die beste Ausstattung eines Hauses/Wohnung vorgefunden. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und der Blick von der wirklich sehr großen Terrasse auf das Meer traumhaft. Die Küche ist mit einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet und besitzt ein großes Gefriergerät. Alle drei Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was bei den Temperaturen um 35 Grad sehr angenehm war. In fünf Minuten ist man zu Fuß an einer wunderschönen, feinsandigen und nie überlaufenen Bucht, wo man nach Bedarf auch Liegen mieten kann. Es gibt dort auch einen kleinen Imbiss mit Eis, einen wirklich guten Espresso und kleinen Schnacks. 2 Minuten von der Wohnung/Haus gibt es ein kleines Geschäft mit frischen Brötchen, Wurst, Käse und allen Lebensmitteln die man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. In den Abendstunden wird dort auch eine sehr leckere frische Pizza angeboten, die man sich mitnehmen kann. Sehr lecker!! Dort gibt es auch eine deutsche Tauchschule. Wir haben mit Marco, dem deutschen Besitzer, einen Schnorchel Ausflug gemacht, ein schönes Urlaubserlebnis! Wir möchten uns auf diesem Weg nochmals bei allen für diesen sehr sehr schönen Urlaub bedanken. Wir kommen gern wieder!!!

Отличное место для спокойного семейного отдыха

Отдыхали на вилле двумя семьями с маленькими детьми. Всё очень понравилось. Чисто, аккуратно!!! Отлично наполненная посудой и всем необходимым кухня. Прекрасная большая терраса с видом на море, шезлонгами и барбекю. Очень много зелени, совсем рядом детская площадка. Rosalba очень гостеприимная хозяйка. Приятные впечатления оставили презенты к приезду в виде холодного пива и воды, и огромной тарелки персиков). Все возникшие вопросы решались в кратчайший срок! Мы пожалели, что остановились здесь совсем ненадолго. До этого отдыхали неделю в Будони, и сделали для себя вывод, что здесь нам понравилось больше. Что касается самого курорта, то это прекрасное тихое место. Пляж очень близко!!! Территория курорта охраняемая и оснащена шлагбаумом и видеокамерами. Всё очень чисто. Один небольшой супермаркет и рядом бар. Хозяева очень радушные и доброжелательные. Пляж с довольно крутым спуском в воду, в воде крупная галька, и потрясающие волны!!! Даже дети были в восторге!!! После пологих длинных пляжей, где было сложно поплавать, это было то, что нужно. У нас остались самые позитивные впечатления!

Vacanza mare perfetta!

Abbiamo passato in famiglia con piccola bambina una settimana di vacanze in questa bella casa vicinissima al mare (2min a piedi) situata a Kal'e Moru. Bel giardino con BBQ, parcheggio davanti casa e bar/negozio a pochi passi. Appartamento curato e pulito con cucina ben attrazzata. Abbiamo abitato nel appartamento del piano inferiore con 2 cemere letto per 4 persone con accesso al giardino. Notti tranquille grazie a zanzaniere in area molto tranquilla. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio per vacanza mare tranquilla con mare stupendo!

Perfect

The experience was perfect. We stayed in Sardegna two yeras ago (in the north) and we liked more this property. Rolsalba and Paulo were very keen to support us during our stay. Come a casa vostra!

Vacanza perfetta, in completo relax e cordialità dei proprietari, ambiente famigliare e pulito, il mare è veramente a due passi e la spiaggia poco affollata, sabbia dorata e mare blu, tipico della Sardegna, rapporto qualità e prezzo veramente soddisfacente, per chi vuole uscire in pochi minuti si va in città a Cagliari, lo consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura.
