Lovely home from home

This property has a gorgeous pool and lots of different areas so we could all have the space we needed. Greca and Pietro were kind and helpful. A beautiful cake and bottle of homemade limoncello were most welcome.surprise

Super nice place for family vacation

We had a very warm welcome from Greca and her husband. They use the house themselves as a weekend home, the upstairs appartment is a rental. The interior is a tiny bit dated but very clean and tidy, everything is in place and we really liked the place. Approved ;-)

Beautiful pool, wonderful hosts

Walking distance to a lovely beach. On arrival the hosts shared drinks with us and we had a beautiful cake and a bottle of limoncello given to us during our stay. A short drive to the better restaurants. Ants invaded the kitchen several nights but this is a common problem that we managed. Overall a wonderful family holiday. Thank you

Great Holidays

We were personally greeted by the very nice owners. Everything as described. Beautifully located, quiet big estate with BBQ, great pool, playground with Basketball, swings, hammocks. You can walk to the beach but a car is required for shopping and restaurants. Private parking for several cars on site. Free legal Parking at hte beach no problem in October. We enjoyed our time very much. Thank you!

Perfect quiet setting

An amazing 10 day break that we will never forget. On arrival we received an extremely pleasant and warm welcome from greca and her family who showed us round the villa and answered all our questions about the local area. It was a really nice touch to find that Greca had made cake for our stay and during the visit we never really saw them again, it was very private and felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The villa itself is the entire first floor with 3 bedrooms, all of which were immaculate, and everything else you might need for self catering purposes including a BBQ. The villa is located in a quiet private area and the nearest beach is within a 10-15 mins walk. The shops and most restaurants are a bit further away and so I would definitely recommend hiring a car for your stay. The views and beaches in the immediate area are simply out of this world with so many to choose from, we visited a different beach location everyday of our stay. I would definitely recommend this host and location, we are already planning our return.

Eine sehr schöne mediterrane Villa mit privatem Pool an ruhiger Hanglage, abseits des Ortes. Es gibt einen schönen Blick über das Tal. Das Meer ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, um einzukaufen und die anderen schönen Buchten zu erreichen.Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Sehr herzliches Willkommen von Greca und ihrer Familie. Lieben Dank für den herrlichen Kuchen und Limoncello zur Begrüßung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.Stock des Hauses und war sehr, sehr sauber auch der gesamte Außenbereich/ Terrasse/ Pool war sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten die meiste Zeit alles für uns, da Greca &Family nur am Wochenende zur Übergabe der Ferienwohnung vor Ort sind.Die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt voll ausgestattet.Der Strand war fußläufig gut erreichbar. Für alles andere benötigt man ein Auto.

Pasamos un semana fantástica, a nuestra llegada los dueños nos recibieron con mucha atención con una cerveza muy fría y con un riquísimo pastel muchas gracias, la casa está cerca de la playa , a 20 min en auto pueden encontrar muchas hermosas playas de Villasimius, la localización de la casa es muy buena pero es necesario tener un auto .Estamos muy agradecidos con la amabilidad de los dueños de la casa

Wunderschöner Urlaub bei netten Gastgebern

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen auf Sardinien. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und zweckmäßig, das Bad neu gemacht und wirklich schön. Wir waren froh, dass man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten an einem wirklich schönen Strand waren. Nur am Rückweg den Berg wieder hoch zu laufen, hätten sich die Kinder gerne gespart. Ich fand es nciht schlimm. Dafür hatte man seine Ruhe, konnte am Grundstück ein bisschen Basketball und Tischtennis spielen sowie den Pool genießen. Greca und Ihre Mann waren sehr nett, haben sich um alles gekümmert und als Willkommensgruß einen leckeren Zitronenkuchen sowie selbstgemachten Limoncello bereitgestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und überlegen schon, wann wir wieder kommen.

Greca & Pietro sont des hôtes charmants

Nous avons passé un super séjour, l'appartement est bien équipé et très propre. L'endroit est très calme et n'est pas loin du village pour faire ses courses. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, sind sehr nett von Greca und Pietro empfangen worden! Haben nach dem uns alles gezeigt worden ist, ein Willkommens Getränk bekommen und einen super leckeren selbst gemachten Limoncello von Greca getrunken. Ein tolles Haus und ein super schönen Pool, der sehr gehegt und gepflegt wurde von Pietro, durften wir unser nennen!

Rundum zufrieden

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter. Im gesamten Grundstück steckt viel Liebe und alles ist bis ins Detail durchdacht. Wunderschöner Kinderspielplatz und sehr sehr großer und vor allem sauberer Pool. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Es empfiehlt sich trotzdem ein Auto da die Gegend mehrere Traumstrände zu bieten hat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Super schöne Urlaubsanöage

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön ! Wir wurden total herzlich von der Gastfamilie empfangen 😊 So wie die Familie einen begrüßt das habe ich noch nie erlebt, total herzlich und liebevoll! Der Ort ist auch schön gelegen, ca 15 min Fußweg dann erreicht man bereits einen schönen Strand in der Nähe des Hauses. Wichtig ist wenn man mehrere Strände außerhalb sehen möchte, dass man mit einem Auto dort ist. Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt, der Pool war super groß und auch sauber. Und es das WLAN hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch für Kinder war dort ein reinstes Paradies aus Spielzeugen und einer Kinderspielfläche und Schaukeln.
