House With Character

Ideally located in the heart of the Brittany countryside is this large house with three floors six double size bedrooms (one with two single beds). The house is set back from a road that will take you to the main roads for the rest of Brittnay. The house boasts a large garden with above the ground swimming pool and garden swings for young children,a small separate orchard situated to the side of the property.The property has a large drive with two garages. There are two bathrooms with showers and one shower room and a separate toilet. The kitchen has all the mod cons and the rest of the house is furnished in original french furniture, Wifi enables you to keep in touch.
Terry and will be on/or close to the property to make sure that the pool is correctly maintained and so that any difficulties that may arise can be quickly resolved to ensure you have a special holiday.

Maison a oublier.

Emplacement nul en zone blanche pas de portable, bruyant,maison inadaptée pour autant de personnes prévues , et j’en passe….tout est en anglais même la télévision , que des chaînes anglaises. Ça sent le mazout avec chaudière à fioul .a louer aux anglais, sinon on est en France il faut que le propriétaire s’adapte au pays .

This guest booked the house and was informed that the pool was unavailable due to covid restrictions which is reflected in the price. The property is not by the beach?? The location is shown in the description and on a map. it is imperative that you read the description before booking. She wanted to cancel the booking less than a week before arrival which is not possible. The guest created non existing faults as stated in her review ( guests the weeks before mentioned none of these issues, please read my other reviews!) My caretaker attempted to help but it became obvious this person was just picking faults in order to try to get a refund. unfortunately I couldn’t be there as we were unable to be in France due to Covid restrictions.

Enjoyed our break Julie and Terry were excellent nothing was too much trouble. Property was central and within easy reach of many places. If only the rain had stayed away and the sun shone all would have been perfect

Why they chose this property

Our house is large enough for a large family or two, the house is amongst lovely french people. It has a lovely off the road secluded spot where there can be fun in the pool, activities at the adventure forest as the forests and lakes a close by or you can go the the many beaches or markets not too far away. Pluvigner is a lovely village/town with cafes, bars and creperies.

The house is large, private and has all the facilities needed to enjoy a home from home.
